I've been going to KQB since it first opened, and I can say that it's one of the best places to reach your personal goals. It's a great place to workout because the music is always blasting and you're always meeting new people.I would strongly suggest it.

I've been to a couple of boxing gyms and this has been far and away the best. Shandon actually gives attention to everyone there and his tips and advice is great. If you want to learn to actually fight or just workout this place is great.
