Sole Spa Yaletown

This little spa tucked away so you may not notice it is a real treat in the heart of Yaletown. 30 min for 30 bucks and my feet went from tired and tight to relaxed and joyful. Definitely add this one to your self-care regime!

Julia is the best massage therapist I've ever been to in any country! Ask Julia you will not regret

The lady that did my body massage was terrible. Not reflexing, not soothing, too rushed, it might as well be a 12 year old. I stopped her at 20 mins into it and told her to stop. She tried charging me $25 but I gave $20. Never again will I step foot into that place!!

This place is great!! Staff are super nice. Really great value. The foot massage was the exact thing I needed after walking around the city all day. Highly recommend!

Pretty poor service. Not sure what her name was, but she gave me the worst reflexology foot massage I've had in years. Her English was perfect, so no excuses there, she just chose not to respond to my requests on amount of pressure and points. Also, the website clearly said $40 for 50 mins, but she put up a fight and told me that the website was wrong and charged me more.

Ambience leaves something to be desired but had great massages today from Pien, Angela and Leen!

Ambiance? Imagine being in a gross basement in a 30 year-old home. The only upside is the glass walls, but that's a given since it's in Yaletown. Customer service? Leaves much to be desired. Masseuse was on the phone several times during my session. She came across upset that I showed up for an appointment I booked - if you don't want my business, please say so. There is no point in wasting your time and mine. In all fairness, massage itself was decent but overall experience was by far the worst I have had and I get massages regularly. Even at slightly below-market rates, I still wouldn't consider this good value for money. Stay away from this establishment and spend your dollars where it's worth.

A strange place. A man was sleeping in one of the sp chairs when I arrived. The woman who booked my appointment was not there. Another woman said she could do the massage.. She just rubbed my legs.and talked and talked. I had bruises the next day. No reflexology. Charged me full price. I don’t think this is a real spa. Nasty.
