Heartland Ford

Scheduled my truck in a week and half prior. Something happened with the booking, nevertheless they still honoured the booking time.Great service, there was no loaner available the first day but they provided an eco sport as soon as they had one.The truck is not new however is a ford. They treated me like I had purchased the vehicle at this dealership. Even though it was a late model f 150, I feel I got the VIP treatment.The truck received, new plugs, tune up, coolant, thermostat, transmission service, new multifunction switch. Serviced the command start. Detailed the entire truck with carpet shampoo. Checked the diff oils and the transfer case. The truck drives like new now! I will be booking for next set of days off to do the brakes. Best part was Kathy told me the bill had to be changed. Fully expecting it was going to increase due to the 5.4 litre engine having been difficult to change plugs. She knocked off 100 dollars, super cool.This dealership was recommended by my heavy duty mechanic, he has ordered 4-5 new f-350 / 450 trucks from here. Hopefully this spring I can order a new truck from heartland, very impressed. Thanks heartland, I will be able to drive my truck for another 100 thousand km confidently i am very sure.

Small town dealership with heart and no pressure to purchase. Having owned numerous Ford trucks I went with my son when he purchased his new 2023 F-150. I would put these folks at the top of the list for Ford dealerships Ive dealt with in the last 35 years!

My personal experience with the sales manager at Heartland Ford was definitely disappointing. I reached out to the president and got no response. Heartland Ford does not value its customers and lacks integrity. The sales manager said he did not care if I gave a poor google review!!

Sales staff are wonderful, but one will have troubles with the ‘service department’!!!!!They have a ok but if there is a problem with the vehicle they become unwilling to make it right! They become extremely rude and condescending to the customer. Beware of this business!!!I’ve talked to the ‘owner’ of this business and I still stand behind my statement, the service department are extremely rude.

Picked up a used f-150 lariat for the wife. Mike Sirman and Paul Gilewich were awesome to deal with and got us sorted nice and easy. Happy with the service I received and how easy everything was. Literally done deal in under an hour from test drive to trade in details to purchase.

Seems like every time we leave I have some other problem with my vehicle plus oil pan cover and had to tighten up the oil plug next time I’ll do it myself

James and Paul from sales helped me get the best deal possible. They do listen and work with you according to your needs. And more importantly they treat you like a human. Unlike my local Ford Dealership who don't care about your business.

In my life so far I've purchased over 20 new cars and trucks. BC and Alberta and Ontario. I have to say without any question that this dealer is the best, for being upfront and honest and dealing with you in a fair manner. Great deal and service. Go see Paul or Brett they know how to treat you like your worth a long term customer. I'll never go anywhere else for my next ford. They answer all your questions and are patient with all the needed info. I online ordered mine so I'd have just what I wanted. It didn't even take that long, 3 months in this era of supply chain issues.
