My security system with Golden Ears Alarms, also known as Atlas Alarms, had connectivity issues for a month and no one alerted me to the problem. It seems either grossly negligent that a security company doesn’t monitor and report on their systems functioning, or perhaps just totally incompetent. Either way, I don't recommend this company at all. We had serious malfunctioning of our alarm for several days (beyond the connectivity issues) and despite technicians being aware of it, the company did nothing to address it in a timely manner; We were 3 days without any functioning security system at all. In fact, the day that I scheduled to have a technician come they called 15 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window to tell me they weren't coming. This company failed to provide the services that I believed I was paying for and that I expect from my security company. Golden Ears Alarms/Atlas Alarms has a long history of poor customer service with my small business, but this was the last straw. Since I hired a new company I've realized just how lacking Atlas alarms is by comparison.
