I was referred here by several of my friends who don’t know each other but all recommended XO to me when I mentioned that I’m looking for new glasses. I’m very happy with their wide and modern selection. If you have wider face like I do, you’ll most likely be able to find something you like here. The staff here are very patient and professional. The shop also specializes in difficult prescriptions and specialty lenses. You should check them out if you are looking for a place for quality products and exceptional customer service. Way better than all the places I’ve been to around town.

Update: I have received my new glasses and the reading needed adjustment, no problem, it was done in a week and I got back the glasses that's perfect reading for me. Again Vicky helped me with all the necessary adjustments and now I can go running in these glasses! She is the master of glasses fitting!! So delighted with the level of customer service that was provided. A gazillon percent recommend XO Optix!!What a wonderful experience! Vicky helped me with my new prescription glasses today and I have only good things to say about my visit. She's friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. And importantly, she's not pushy at all in trying to get me to buy the most expensive pair of frames I have shortlisted (like some other places do). After selecting my new pair of frame, she proceeded to adjust and changed the nose pads of my current glasses so that it doesn't slide off my nose, without me even asking for it. She also helped my husband to adjust his glasses and changed the nose pads for free (he is an existing customer). Such excellent service! They have a very good selection of trendy and fashion forward eye pieces, and in wide price range as well. The store is very esthetically pleasing and you can see they put in a lot of effort to make customers feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for all your eyewear needs. Thank you Vicky!!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the close detail the employees pay attention to in arranging the most beautiful displays known to man, to the smooth jazz and exquisite lighting that further adds to the comfortable atmosphere of the store, the personality and care that was put into every minute detail can really be felt. The service was sublime, with Michael, Vicky and Alice being wonderful to recieve help and reccomendations from. Not only that, but the quality and dazzling variety of glasses and price ranges makes it possible for anyone to find whatever frame that would best suit them. The optometrist, Julian is also great at adjusting prescriptions to best suit the customer, his expertise being a great help. All in all, whether you're looking for a budget pair of spectacles or a luxury pair of sunglasses, even if you just want to check out the stunning decorations for yourself, I'd highly recommend XO OPTIX.

I have been hearing from a good Japanese friend of mine that XO OPTIX carries not only handmade Japanese frames but also beautiful handcrafted Japanese jewelry by KISSO. I am Italian, so I love fashion and was looking for casual accessories to go well with my glasses. The rich colors and patterns of bracelets look so gorgeous and attracted me right away! To my surprise, they are handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans using beautiful Italian acetate is used for luxury eyewear brands. Such gorgeous accessories — Just like the rest of the eyeglass options they have in this shop! I am proud of my country, Italy. Now I’m in love with Japanese products because of XO OPTIX!Of course, staff here are also very helpful and just as fantastic.Ciao ;)

My family has purchased several pairs of glasses with these CUSTOMIZED SUN CLIP-ON’s that can go with any frames! Just love them.Also worth noting is that place doesn’t mark up their prices like crazy like most other eyewear places. VERY REASONABLE PRICES FOR SURE. Even at regular price they are cheaper than what I used to pay!Mind you, their range of frame and lens selection is one of the best in this area.. I’d check them out if I were you!

Worth the 60 minutes drive from UBC to Coquitlam just for their excellent service and professional advice.Cindy and her team are delightful, professional and courteous! While my girlfriend is shopping around, Cindy provided her some constructive and honest feedback, ( and not much sales talk was involved, big plus to Cindy!)The store is very clean and presentable when you first walk in, and you can tell XO Optix carries a great selection of product just by looking at how they organized all the glasses frame in each shelf!At the end, my girlfriend found the branded sunglasses she wanted, and I was so impressed by how much Cindy knows, and ended up getting a pair of glasses for myself!big thanks to Cindy showing us the differences between the frames, lenses...etc! Great work and will be back again!

What a pleasure to get my glasses at XO.OPTIX! Vicky is great at finding the right frame for you (she keeps me up-to-date with fashion trends) Here I always end up finding too many frames I love (which had never been the case for me getting glasses elsewhere). This is definitely my family's goto place for all of our eyewear needs. My niece got fitted contacts and were very happy with their professionalism. Class A experience for sure. They also fit great progressives (my husband couldn't be happier with them)!
