Again!!! For two years been telling these people to keep stock. Molson Dry 710ml, zero in stock, have to drive five clicks after work AGAIN on a Friday night just to get the right format. Too bad I can't add a pic, they have over 20 cases at the next on. Have to buy two case's at a time.

Staff member argued with me about the quantity of beer cans I was returning. Thank-you to the 2 gentlemen that were behind me, otherwise I don't think I would have gotten the correct amount of money back. Will never go back! Not very good customer service.

This beer store is set up superbly! There's a separate room for empties and exchanges, a walk through warehouse of all your beer choices, then the checkout line is at the end. All you need for beer related goods is in there! Ice and other trinkets as well.

I preferred the previous location with a dedicated parking, especially when returning empties. Now with the news rules in place with COVID-19, getting one of the three carts, wait in line,, the back and forth from the store and the car, this is a work out.The staff members are always friendly, the store is nice and clean. They have a large selection of cans from local and Ontario brewery. The shelves are usually well stock.

Smaller location but still a great selection of regular beers and micro breweries products. Place is very clean, staff friendly.Lots of parking in front of the store.

Great store but lost better employees to Bank St. You know who. Old news but I miss having involved people who ask about me. That was a nice touch. Its not their job necessarily to be personal but it is preferable to eye rolling ;) nothing personal (pun intended)Also the old location made more sense. The Populus is moving south but don't forget about your roots in Orleans. The people on 10th line north deserve convenience as they provided you with the loyal business. LCBO has a better monopoly PLUS now competition with groceries. Reinvest in 10th line north please.

This new location is not convenient, farther away from the Fallingbrook/Queenswood Heights areas which have no stores that sell beer or wine. The sales area is awkwardly designed compared to the aisles in other stores. They should have left a store at Fallingbrook plaza when they opened the new one so far south.

Coming from the Maritimes I didn’t realize you needed to count all your cans before coming, and that they do not accept plastic, and that they only accept alcoholic beverages. The gentleman was very helpful and likely just paid me to go away!

Pretty decent selection of booze and other alcoholic beverages. They're all stored in a cooler room so if you want to buy and drink right when you get to home or wherever, then it's nice.
