Very disappointed with the customer service. I called Basco West Island in March to get an appointment to have my solarium windows checked as I have some that need to be changed. The salesman came to my house as scheduled to take a look. I waited for his quote which I never received and had to call him to remind him to send. He mentioned it must not have gone through and shortly after speaking to him I received it. After reviewing it with my husband I called the salesman back several times asking him to come by so we can go through it again and finalize what we wanted done. He told me he was busy with a client and would call me back, I was told this about 5 times and never got a call back! I decided to call the office and there was no answer so I left a message. Someone called me back to tell me that the office was closed and on vacation and that he would have the salesman call me back once they were back from vacation, I haven’t heard back since...it’s been 6 months since my initial call.Very Disappointed....

Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Had to call 3 times to have them come over to get an estimate to change windows. Its been more than 10 days and still have not received the estimate despite calling them after a week and being promised it would arrive the next day at the latest. Don't waste your time and money with them.Customer service is poor and unprofessional

I was very pleased with Dan and his assistant. They came for 6 1/2 hours to install a huge picture window and two patio door pieces. They were courteous, neat, clean, quiet, and very professional. I had Dan come back to replace window cranks, and two other window mechanisms. By chance, I was speaking with another neighbour on Maple Crescent, and he too mentioned how pleased he was with work down at his house.Given the constraints of the pandemic, Dan kept me informed about the order, the wait time, and the date for installation. He always answered my calls.

A great dependable company and very professional!

Terrible follow up, was even wondering if they had gone out of business. Received a quote last year for work to be done this Spring. Never received a call, so I followed up in May and was told they were behind schedule because of rain and that they would call me back. Several emails and calls later still no news, very unprofessional.

Eric and his team did great work replacing 11 of our window thermoses. They were very polite, on-time, professional, efficient, respectful of our home and did an overall excellent job! I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this business.
