I had met Jimmy few years ago at Sandy Hill community centre; he was with Linda advertising for their realtor business. Few years later he helped my friend so when it came to me choosing a person to help me with my home search I wanted someone that I know and trust. I had a great experience with Jimmy as he was there for me even when he was on vacation; he managed to get me in contact with the right people to get the place that I really wanted. I am really thankful for all his help

We bought our house with Jimmy, and if we ever sell our house, we would use him again. Jimmy is a great person with exceptional bedside manner. By asking us open-ended questions, he helped us understand how we truly felt about the houses we were seeing and offering on, which made difficult decisions seem much less daunting. Ultimately, we ended up in a house that we love, and we have Jimmy to thank for that. We highly recommend him.

As a young, new homebuyer in the summer of 2022 I went into the process with apprehension and a general feeling of overwhelm. They were pivotal in helping us with a tight 3 week close…Plus we were trying to pull off a cross-province buy.You hear so many negative things about real estate agents and the housing market in the media but Jimmy and his team really made me question my assumptions as they were professional, honest, and just generally kind and down to earth people. They made our home buying experience fantastic and we’ll definitely continue to seek their services in the future. I’d recommend them to anyone I know.

We live far away and bought sight unseen which is scary but we knew we could really trust Jimmy. He took the time to get to know us but it was never fake. He negotiated for us the week of Christmas. He took our calls, answered our texts during the holidays. He anticipated all of our questions before we even knew to ask them. He was patient and thorough. We found Cox Home Team following recommendations on Reddit. I can assure you that the Cox Home Team is AMAZING! Jimmy and Alisa are so helpful, patient, responsive and available for all our many questions. Their knowledge of the industry was superb. They helped us to filter the home search based on our interests. Alisa did virtual home tours for us. She told us the feel of the neighborhood and pointed out the conditions of every corner of the houses. She really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She also connected us with the home inspector that we liked. We tried to reach out to the home inspector ourselves but it didn’t work out. Somehow Alisa managed to convince the home inspector to help us! Cox Home Team helped us to get everything done within 2 months. They made us feel so excited to move to Ottawa.
