Professional, accommodating and friendly. However, expensive without insurance.Been sometime since I was in and they couldn't find my old records. Front desk didn't seem to care about the additional onboard fees I had to pay because of it. *read below*Would recommend*** one week follow upAfter speaking with the owners on the phone, it was clarified and explained all charges were normal for patients in my situation. There were no extra charges on my visit -This follow up demonstrates to me a sense of care from Q&K Dental.It was refreshing to have an upfront and honest conversation regarding the nature of health care environments and the relationship this can have to the patient experience. All feedback was heard and noted.The intention of this office is clear, it is to help and care for people inside and outside of the chair.

Very competent and helpful staff. They genuinely take the time to address any questions or issues you may have. Great experience, I highly recommend this dental practice.

After several years without a cleaning, I was very nervous to go to a new dentist, but these folks absolutely blew my mind with how wonderful they were. I’ve never had a more positive experience with a dentist. They were very accommodating of my dental anxiety, they were communicative of every step of the (very thorough) new patient intake, and they even made time for me to get my fillings done before the end of the year so I could use my insurance up before the year end. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more, especially for those who have anxiety about the dentist. They have weighted blankets and other relief options, they let me listen to music during the appointment, and they allowed me to take breaks if I needed. Incredible folks over there!

I was just in last week for my x-rays, a full exam and to a bad tooth removed and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was for such excellent service! Dr Garach and her team where very informative and were careful not to proceed with anything until I fully understood what they were recommending and why. I am very happy and satisfied with my visits and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Friendly and honest dental clinic. Both my wife and I go here and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at Queen King Dental. The hygienists are all wonderful, front desk is happy and kind, and Dr. Garach is a pro. From making sure you have no anxiety in the chair to being upfront and honest with the work they do we are big fans of our dentist!

I know that you are not supposed to enjoy going to the dentist but everyone at Queen King Dental Clinic are so helpful and professional that it makes it a pleasant experience.Especially thankful for all the help with sorting out my insurance claims.See you soon,Doug

The dental hygienist was wonderful and very patient with me. He introduced himself and told me a little bit about himself. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding my teeth. He was very educated on dental hygiene. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease.He definitely is a great addition at my dentist office. I Hope I get him to do my cleaning again!! Keep up the great work !!!

One of the BEST Dental clinics I have ever been to! From the front desk to the hygienists and doctors, everyone is warm, welcoming and well versed! All of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed.

Best dentist I've seen. Dr Garach is confident, fast and skillful. I know dentistry is both an art and a science and she's got both going for her. My teeth look better than I can remember. Also the Hygiene, Assistant, and Reception staff are the best. I'm due back in a couple weeks for Philips Zoom whitening. I figured I'd treat myself since my teeth look so great now. So anyone in the area, and anyone new to the area with all the condo development, this is the place to book your consultation.

I recently switched dentists as I moved from Toronto. This office came highly rated and I see why. Dr Simali is kind, patient and understanding. The front desk is organized and the Staff are easy to talk to. Not only do they have direct billing options, they also have items like stress balls and weighted blankets to lower anxiety. Would recommend if you are looking for a change.
