Robyn did our fireplace repair, which stop working within warranty of 6 weeks. I called Robyn and he agreed he will take care.After that I called Robyn more than dozen times and he stopped picking up the phone. No fireplace for us for a month. May be I will have to call someone else and pay again to have fireplace functioning.

Paid $450 for fireplace repair and remote which worked only for 2 months. It’s been 2 weeks calling and getting promises it will be taken care of (3 months warranty). Called 5 times and still waiting.

Robin made the install of my fireplace look easy! He was reasonably priced and was able to schedule an appointment relatively quickly. When the day came, it only took him a couple hours to install the fireplace and vent. The Inspector took one look at it and gave a green tag. I will definitely be using him again in the future and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks again Robin.

Robin knows his stuff, fixed our fireplace in less than 15 minutes, educated us on how it was meant to operate, gave us the Make, model and SN# for our gas log fireplace and re arranged the logs they way they should have been installed 12 years ago. He shared his expertise in a very pleasant manner. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his work. This year he's swamped with work but he's more than worth a short wait and we found his price to be very reasonable.

Robin is fantastic! First of all, his expertise and skill at repairing and inspecting fireplaces is top notch. He knows what he is doing, which was wonderful because we had no idea how to get our gas fireplace working! He was quick, efficient, and gave us a fair price. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fixed fireplace that other companies said they couldn't get parts for. Guy took it apart and found spider nest in orifice which he said was common, repaired it, vacuum the entire unit and wiped everything clean. Excellent job

We had a teary pilot on our direct-vent fireplace. Turned out to just be a sensor issue and just needed a reset. The serviceman was very fair, and saved us on a $300 part we didn’t need. Other companies couldn’t come out until February! Very responsive and accommodating with my schedule. Saved in my contacts for future service.Highly recommend.
