We could not speak more highly of our experience with Tracy Arnett Realty and, in particular, with Nina Krakowsky. We first met Nina at an open house years ago and were struck by her candor and professionalism. She knew we weren’t really interested in buying at the time, but she took the time to answer our more general questions about homes in the neighbourhood, and even to recommend contractors for some work we were thinking of doing in our home at the time.When we reconnected with Nina years later to sell our house, from the start she was patient, friendly and direct. Within a couple of showings, she had a clear sense of what we were looking for (perhaps more clear than we did!) and she ultimately managed to help find a house that was absolutely perfect for us in a neighbourhood we love. In a quickly changing market, Nina guided us through the incredibly quick sale of our home and the successful purchase of another. Because the brokerage was representing more than one client in the transaction involving our home, other members of the Tracy Arnett Realty team were also involved. They were scrupulous in their approach to a complicated deal and we found everyone imminently professional, ethical and reliable throughout the process. The recommendations they provided to other resources (e.g. mortgage brokers and contractors) were also exceptional.We think we have found our forever home, but if we ever decide to move again, it will be with the guidance of Nina and her team. It was a refreshing experience having Jonathan as my realtor. He noticed small details that were important to me looking for a property and was a great person to relay ideas back and forth with. In that, it felt that he added a personal touch and cared that I got the property I wanted. As a first time home buyer, Jonathan took care of all the aspects of the process that can be stressful and made the whole experience very fun. As happy as I am with my property, I can only say I will miss working with him! He is kind and professional, making him an amazing realtor. He was always available to answer any questions, and with that great communication, I know he would be a great realtor for anyone.

I had only lived in the Ottawa area for a couple years when I was interested to speak to a realtor, so I wasn’t sure where to start. Using only a Google search, I contacted three real estate firms and Glenn at Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd was the first to reach out to me. He immediately scheduled a phone call and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. At this point I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent or buy, and he didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. The initial phone call was a full 45-minute conversation and I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind (even if that meant not hiring a realtor!). The next day he set up both a rental and purchasing search with the criteria I had discussed with him. After some deliberation on my end, I decided I wanted to buy a condo, and Glenn was very quick to set up showings. I was a first-time home buyer and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I ended up purchasing my condo for under the asking price and with the closing date that I wanted. Even after closing, Glenn took the time to check in on me. I would highly recommend Glenn!
