Extremely poor service. They always say “no person to help you” but clearly there’s one guy beside the counter standing and doing nothing. And they ask me to check how many bags they have left. Instead of asking the other employee to check it. All bunch of lazy workers. Experiences this multiple times. This is My last visit.

The only place I go for gravel/soil/other aggregates. Friendly, helpful, and always explain any questions I have! Also best prices around Ive seen, I come in from Mount Brydges just for these guys!

The manager, George, is very rude and unprofessional, and would not help me with my problem. He was very condescending and aggressive on the phone, and refused to give me the owner or general managers contact information, as I was trying to seek further assistance from them (and also inform them of George’s poor character). George’s attitude and lack of customer service skills are enough for us to never do business here again. I remained polite and professional with him, while he did not, I was shocked at his lack of composure. I suggest anyone reading this follow suit, take your business elsewhere, you do not want to have to deal with George, he is of no help, just a headache. George is the opposite of what a manager should encompass, he severely needs retraining. I hope to here from the owner soon.

Buyer beware!My first and last visit to this place. Needed topsoil for some lawn overseeding. Talked to the person in the booth and explained to him what the topsoil was for. He said he had just the thing. I wasn't suspicious at the time although they have a note posted on the window that all sales are final along with another note stating that customer abuse will not be tolerated. This was a big giveaway of what was to come next. I had to pay first which I did but I couldn't inspect the merchandise first because it was stashed away in a building. I brought the bags of topsoil home and when I opened the first bag I realized it wasn't good topsoil, it was terrible sandy dirt and stones that can't be used for lawn overseeding. They charge over $7 per bag of dirt I could just dig out in any construction yard. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place like the plague.

Just over a month ago I was charged $34 and change for half a yard of cedar mulch which included HST. Today I was charged $39 and change... Just curious, according to what I was charged today, why is your price approximately 20% more than V&P and Siteone? Also, would I need to type up a simple document to be signed by both parties stating that none of your staff would be liable if something negative happened if they chose to fill my garden trailer with your heavy equipment instead of me shoveling it from the cement pad? I am not being sarcastic but just trying to make things simpler.

Nice that they are open on the weekend, just picked up A gravel to make concrete. The process was quick and so was the wait time to get loaded. The loader operator loaded my trailer perfectly. 100% Canadian owned and operated.

Great place to get soil's and rocks. The manager George was helpful. If you say otherwise it's likely your a liberal.

They overcharge and deliver less.I bought stone and paid for it, upon delivery it was much less amount than what I paid for. As a customer when I told them this is half a yard, but I paid for a full yard, they just have an attitude of this is what it is. I would not do buissnes with them again, they give you half the material when you pay for full. And there is no one you can talk to get things right.

I ordered quite a large order yesterday and staff were very helpful. Corey and Sarah helped with the order while Cody and Moe loaded up the material. Moe delivered and left it neatly in my driveway. I was there for quite a while all the staff were working hard. And contrary to a post here...they DO have sod.

Rude person at the gate. Tried to debate the amount of wood chips I was getting. Refused to accept the basic math of filling marked containers in litres, which clearly was a 1/2 yard. Wanted to charge more. Never going again.
