Really bad customer service asking for advisor from last month, they are just telling no advisor available. Even its really important to do changes to my account, can’t do anything really bad on their part.

Went into this branch 4-5 years ago TWICE to cancel all my banking with them - including my line of credit and credit card. They took my credit card. CONFIRMED they cancelled it. And now I have learned they never actually closed my account and owe them interest charges. I did not receive any paper documents to indicate that the account is still open. They won't even waive it for something that wasn't MY fault. Very disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND CIBC. I only learned about this through Credit Karma.

All staff member are doing well. But, specially kajal is doing great job and always willing to help her customer and she always polite. I really like her service.

Absolutely incompetent, they have screwed up everything I have asked them. They promise to return your call. B&^%^&%^IT I have never had the promised return call. I have repeatedly tried to reach them for the last several months and no one will return my call.Run away from this incompetent branch and bank, unless you want the worst customer service there is.I have been with CIBC for more than 40 years, but I am leaving as soon as I can get them to straighten out the mess they madeCIBC SFW are horrible and the manager is useless because they will never return your call

The manager “Cathy” at this branch lacks any skill it takes to be a competent human being, I am genuinely surprised that this woman was offered a job as a bank manager. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. Stay away from this branch and away from “Cathy” at all costs. Horrible service.

If there was an option for cero, even below cero that is what this bank would get. Slow, incompetent, faces like they don't want to be there! Not enough tellers! Seriously CIBC, you will have to step it up big big time!Standing here for an hour and they don't seem to be able to know how to operate their own system????Big FAIL!!!

Came from Vancouver today to purchase a vehicle in Abby and went to bank to finalize deal.Had to go multiple times to tellers as I forgot a few things and all three tellers were friendly. Excellent service with a smile.We had to wait for insurance papers etc in the waiting area and staff didn’t try to push us out. One person even came over and asked if we were waiting for anyone and needed help.I don’t usually get this level of service and friendliness in Van at most CIBC branches so it was much appreciated.

Absolutely incompetent, avoid at all costs. Nothing but mistakes and problems that are now going to cost me $3500.I am closing all accounts with CIBC.Worst branch ever. DO NOT BANK THERE
