Sweet Woodruff

I had my wedding on June 17th, 2017. I was super disappointed for the following reasons:1) Lisa was unresponsive after signing the contract.2) I wanted a particular silver compote vase to match my decor, and I got a grey looking one - totally unrelated to my theme. Lisa sent me a picture, via email, days before the wedding of a gold compote vase, mentioning she would have that same one in silver. I had no reason to distrust her, until I arrived at Sunnybrook Estates to see my flower arrangements. I was in disbelief because she lied. It was very dishonest of Lisa, and I felt cheated.3) Please reference my picture. It looks like flowers were curated by a beginner florist, compared to her Instagram arrangements.

Working with Lisa and her team on our wedding flowers + design was easily one of the best parts of wedding planning. Each meeting, email, or idea was presented so thoughtfully and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. This woman KNOWS weddings (planning, timing, other vendors... everything), we trusted her completely.Walking into our venue on our wedding day was a truly special moment. Lisa and her team executed our plan exactly as we had discussed, but, also, so far beyond our wildest expectations! At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, Lisa is an artist whose medium is flowers. We feel so fortunate to have had Sweet Woodruff as a part of our team!

Carol and her team did such an amazing job for my wedding. The flowers and the arrangements were STUNNING. From the get go I told Carol I trusted her creative genius and that she could do whatever she thought was best, and oh my gosh i'm glad I did! The flowers were everything I had dreamed they would be. Carol was always extremely easy to contact and was always prompt with her replies. When I wanted to add small details last minute she was easy going and made those changes smoothly. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful she was part of making my wedding day so perfect. I will definitely be using Sweet Woodruff again and I highly recommend everyone else does too.

I used SW for my wedding Flowers/ Decor and I was blown away by the finished product. Carol and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. The time and detail that they took to bring my vision to life was next level. I can't recommend them enough.

I regularly use the Sweet Woodruff team for sending bouquets to friends and clients, and also used them for my wedding last fall. They made the most stunning bouquets, table settings, door adornments, boutenirs, and corsages for my big day. We met a number of times to go through my colours and inspiration, and overall idea of the day - however I loved hearing their opinion on what works best, and what ideas to cut out (ie too pricey or isn't realistic). She honestly knows best - just look through her portfolio! I can't disagree with her choices of work. The day of wedding set up was less than ideal (cold and rainy, outdoors!), and their team were such troopers - always a big smile on their face and getting to work quick. I will always recommend Lisa and her team.

I was referred to Sweet Woodruff a few years ago when I needed an exceptionally nice floral arrangement for a very important client. They did a spectacular job and since then I've never looked to anyone else. I give them a sense of the occasion and a budget range and they do the rest. Carol always answers my requests very quickly and she sends a photo of the arrangement before it is delivered. The responses I have received from the recipients are over the top...I won't go anywhere else!

I used Sweet Woodruff as my florist for my wedding in September 2017 and I could not have been happier!
