With two of my pregnancies she was my gynecologist and honestly speaking she is just never present mentally during the appointment and don't listen to your concerns so I don't know she either doesn't likes her job or her plate is full and i think she definitely needs some vocation.

I had Dr. McCubbin for my last pregnancy. It was overall an okay experience. The nurse at the clinic was wonderful, the doctor was okay (to the point type of person, not hand holding type which was fine), receptionist was okay (don’t think she’s necessarily rude but doesn’t give off a naturally nice feeling). What I did have a problem with was some days they would make you wait 1+ hours for a 2 minute appointment. Maybe don’t book so many appointments on days you know you’re going to be on call? Why do I have to waste my time so you can make more money?

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW.Worst Gyno ever, who does not care for her patients at all.. My job requires heavy lifting which caused me terrible back pain and lots of bending which was extremely difficult with a huge belly. I asked Dr.McCubbin to write me a sick note on 7 months of pregnancy as it was challenging for me to work but she totally ignored my problem and said its not a risky pregnancy. A month later I complained to her of terrible itching and told her it could be Cholestasis but she ignored me again now cut to 38 weeks i did a blood test and she didn’t even check my report and i was the one who called her the next day and told her my bile acid is higher than 10 . It was her duty as a doctor to call me and let me know but here i am the one calling her and telling her that bile acid is high and its definitely Cholestasis . My experience was horrible with her. I would not recommend her to anyone.Edit- I just read somebody’s review that how she was ignored for her preeclampsia . She did the same with me. I was also ignored for my Cholestasis. I kept telling her again and again but i was ignored. Then i also read how she did the pap test on this other patient and i was treated the same. She was so rude, kept telling me “you’re moving too much, keep your legs open” my legs were shaking from fear and she was looking at me with sooo much anger in her eyes. I am still traumatized after my first delivery to the point i don’t want to get pregnant again.

I’m very confused about all the negative reviews I read. I had Dr. McCubbin for my first pregnancy and had nothing but a pleasant experience. Reception and staff were all nice to deal with and McCubbin was always very sweet and willing to answer any of my questions. After all my ultrasounds and blood tests she went over everything in detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was happy with my experience and now have a beautiful, healthy baby girl. I would love to use her again for my second pregnancy!

Dr. McCubbin is a great doctor, she answers all your questions and has a lot of experience. I have a lot of trauma and mistrust from accessing health care so it’s a nice sense of comfort seeing this doctor and knowing she isn’t going to push any unnecessary interventions on me during delivery.I would give this clinic 5 stars, but the front desk clerk is honestly so rude. Everyone else here is so kind and accommodating. But the receptionist is impatient, gets annoyed quickly and tends to snap at you often. When I read reviews for this clinic I was not surprised to see this is the feeling for a lot of people.

I was first time pregnant ever. Did not have very pleasant experience with dr mccubin. I asked her 3-4 times that can you check me for preeclampsia. I was ignored. Then at 37 weeks i went to the hospital because i was having pain. Dr mccubin was in the hospital that night. My husband was with me. She did the pap test and she showed no compassion or anything. I was crying so loudly but she kept doing it. When i delivered my baby I came to know about during my labour that my BP was over 150. my baby ended up being in the NICU. Even after delivering my baby my blood pressure was kept rising. I went to my family doctor they said she can’t do anything. Then i called her and the midwife over there was also not very nice. I feel like if you can’t show compassion towards pregnant women then why are you even there. Her receptionist, Her nurse and including dr mccubin needs to be humble for sake of the humanity. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. Now i have the trauma from my pregnancy that can’t be undone. I usually don’t say bad things about people. They showed me like they’re double some kind of favour while taking me as patients. If you’re not happy for what you’re doing then please don’t do it.

Wish I could have 0 stars! This Dr. NEEDS to retire. She has too many patients that she doesn't have enough time for. Does not follow up with patient after. Does not even know the medications her patient had in the hospital or was sent home with. Worst experience my Daughter had for 1st baby! Please look for another Dr. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! go under this so called Dr's care.

DR McCubbin reminds me of the show and DR House. She is Brilliant and saved our daughter, during delivery. I'm so incredibly grateful for her. She came in my room at 3am to tell me I needed a c-section and by 3:15 our baby was born. Our daughter was in a composition position, hand over head. She then wrapped herself and grabbed the placenta Like a life jacket. If it wasn't for Dr McCubbins quick thinking our baby wouldn't be here today! We are so incredibly grateful for her.

Please treats infants with love and don’t show harsh behaviour towards little ones. You are in business because of them and receptionist at your office is very rude. Please fix it before people complaint to AHS. You have no right to scare kiddos. I’m so unhappy with your behaviour. I wish I can change my doctor now!

My husband and I had a very negative experience at Dr. McCubbin's office. We understand COVID protocols, and know we need to each wear a mask. Unfortunately the day of our appointment we were leaving from our place of employment and both forgot. The doctors office was only able to supply us with a mask for the patient only"
