I ordered a drive belt for a mower deck form Maxwell. I gave person at the desk the make and model of the my mower and they ordered the belt. The belt they brought in was incorrect for my mower. They would not accept a return or exchange and told me to contact the belt manufacture directly to try and exchange it for the correct one.Disappointing experience from what has otherwise been a reputable local small business.
