The RBC branch Highstreet Mall location is a nice new building, very open and inviting. I have had many meetings with investment advisers and Mortgage specialists. This is a nice place to go to for a meeting and is easy to get to (right off the freeway). The counter staff aren't the most up beat and enthusiastic, however they get done what I came there to do most of the time. Sometimes it can be extremely slow up at the counter without much reason for there to be, I have walked out of the line before. But this could be a similar issue with any bank.

Awful bank, slow unknowledgable staff. Terrible limits. There are way better options with less limits, no waiting, and being able to use your bank and money right away. DO NOT go with this useless bank

RBC is the worst bank ever... I have been dealing with them for the last 2 years and I have had nothing but headache from them. Lack of knowledge delayed n lack of communication, no respect or consideration for customers and no customer service skills. They tell u one thing and then another thing days later. I would not recommend RBC to anyone. Just horrible.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful location. Great experience coming to this bank, as I often do a lot of my banking online. I always love the music outside at High Street as well.

I was enjoying being apart of them but i was late on a payment on my credit card which I did fully pay I should have a full balance but you guys are saying I owe 12 dollars honestly it's disgusting I owed 7.83 that I paid of once still said I owed it so I took money out of my savings that I desperately need to pay my bills and now you guys are saying I owe just over 12 dollars honestly I think I'll be switching my banks if you guys are gone rip me off

Bank teller Mike is very helpful, and although I don't generally have a good experience with RBC, Mike is probably the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever dealt with at any bank.

Worst customer service, got told one thing by two people over the phone about my funds being help and what day they would be released and now just talked to someone and I was told another three business days!! It is ridiculous how the first two people I talked to told me one thing and now this. I have never had so much trouble putting money into my account before in my life. They also changed my instantly available funds without consulting me and changed my etransfer limit with out consulting me.
