I hired this mover to move from Laval to Saint-Polycarpe, when I called I insisted that I had a lot to move though I had a 41/2 condo, I was moving to a house. I insisted multiple time that I had a lot of stock to move, Marty boxes etc. The owner,s daughter insisted they knew and were used to move 41/2 appartment. I told her to make sure to send a truck big enough. They didn’t, the owner called me and told me he could send a second truck with 3 men and would charge the time of the 3 extra men, they already went overtime trying to fit everything in the truck like a puzzle. Their driver told the owner if you come to get the piles of blanket he could make it fit. He didn’t and insisted I paid for the 3 extra men as it would save me money. What’s shock when it was over and they presented me with a bill for over $3000 dollar as the owner decided to charge the extra truck, mileage and time for this truck. I argued with him that I had agreed to pay for the men not 2 trucks. He would hear nothing. Very dishonest, they don’t live by their mistakes and are just greedy. Think twice before you hire this company. By the way, the second truck was not even a quarter full, so their driver was right that he could make it fit if they remove their piles of blanket. They only sent a 20 foot truck when obviously it was too small, a 27 foot would have been fine. BE CAREFUL, insist they guarantee the size of the truck on the contract

The truck was on time ( 8:15 am ) . Stephane and his team did excellent work in protecting all our furniture.At delivery at our new home, took in consideration that fresh paint, floors redone.I will use your transportation again, will recommend your company. Great service.Thank YouFrank & Veronic

These are the most disrespectful people in the world. The guys are impolite, do not care about any rules and call customers names. Please do not ever do business with them, worst company ever.

Great team! From my first phone call to the end of the move to my new apartment, I had a satisfying and reassuring experience.

The movers themselves were a pleasure to deal with. However they did break a leg piece off on a family heirloom -.- My biggest issue is that the price we were told was changed upon delivery and we ended up paying $220 extra because they sent a third man apparently... a little ridiculous. The move was arranged by a case worker for my father who is disabled and we were told $400 cash by her. The mix up was between this company and the case worker. They tried to charge us for waiting for the money and then threatened to call the cops to our home after arguing with the case worker. The contract had nothing to do with us and I find threatening to call the police completely ridiculous as we had said we will go get the extra money. I told them multiple times that the move was arranged by the hospital and not us and that we were misinformed by the case worker clearly. I can not tell you how many times they asked me to speak in French. I am primarily English and when upset cannot get my thoughts out in French easily, this is Canada and we have TWO main languages here. Anyone running a business should be able to communicate in both English and French. Disgusting service. I would never have someone come into my place of work and ask them to speak my language... you speak whichever language the CUSTOMER is comfortable with. They get one star for the movers themselves. Other than that the service is a big 0.

The team(Lucien, Raoul & Stephane) were on time, friendly, very professional, good experience, no damages to the furniture, pricing was charged as per their time sheet, Great job to the Brault Company

worst movers in the city. they moved my 70yo+ parents stuff broke more then 4 pieces, including antique table, tried to trick them into a quick settlement of 1/10th the price. when they asked for official evaluation, they started ignoring and delaying. Avoid at all cost, many other honest movers
