I recently moved to Surrey from Ontario. I didn’t know anyone here but someone recommended me for Balbir Auto Repairs for getting my out of province car safety inspection. I am glad with the honest and fast service they provided me without causing any kind of trouble. They are really nice and freindly- oriented. I will for surely visit here to get their services in future.

Can't recommend them enough. Very honest, quick, cost efficient and trustworthy service. Very well priced. My car was making noises and other places told me I need all new break pads. Took it to them since the prices were most competitive of all the places and they were the only ones who would work on it same day I called. When he looked at it he told me I didn't need new pads and still had 40% left. He realized my lug nuts were too loose and tightened them for me and charged a couple bucks for his services. If you need an honest, smart, well priced mechanic come here.

Customer service is key to bringing people back, first time coming here and we spoke with a women inside and she was straight up rude to talk to. As nice as my brother spoke to her her attitude and rudeness didn’t change. She basically had the attitude of “why u even asking me questions” and was very unwelcoming. But the owner on the other hand was very nice, my brother spoke with him before speaking with this lady and he was very accommodating and professional to speak to. This lady may be a family member but the unprofessionalism from her doesn’t look good for the business. I appreciate the work done with the vehicle but will not be coming back unfortunately.

They are really honest & reliable! I have been going to them for the past one year now and honestly I have never been disappointed with their service. Even though the service shop is extremely busy they finish the work in timely manner without any delays! I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If you want to fix your car quick and at a fair price don’t hesitate to go here!

I have been using Balbir Auto Repair for over 2.5 years and I am glad I found them! It is a family run business and the most honest mechanic shop I have been to in a long time. I thought I needed new brakes, so I brought my car here but they called me after ten minutes and told me that my brakes are just fine. I also get my car inspected for ICBC as I run a driving school. Their inspection price is very economical. Give this local business a call

!! STAY AWAY !! Me and my father had been going to this shop for over 10 years never questioned the Gus Honesty needed an engine replacement for my vehicle he quoted me $7300 plus taxes 173K engine with 1 month warranty So I shopped around Found an engine with only 97 K and the guy charged me $2700 taxes in with 4 months warranty. I understand 400 to 500 dollars difference frm a shop to shop but this is absolutely robbing someone. Highly recommend A king Auto 80 & 128 we need more honest people like this shop in our community.
