We went in to the shop after we opened our online business Affinity Giya. We needed a thermal printer and the price was out of our range. Alex Bellanroni the serivr supervisor knew exactly what we needed even when we had no clue what our options. He was extremely helpful with many different options for scaling our business to send via prepaid mail.

Don't expect someone to pickup the phone if you call - even when it says usually not busy" when you call. I've tried multiple times over the past two days and also tried multiple extensions - Press "1" for Printing

I have horrible experience every time I come here. You have to wait soooo long for someone to greet you despite there being 5+ workers behind the counter. The employees are super rude and lack any sort of customer service skills. During my last visit I was given someone else’s photos after repeating my name 3 times for the worker. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!
