I was treated very poorly today during my visit at your store. The change room attendant did not help me at all and when she asked me how many items I had she said I could only have 6, I had 10, so I left 4 on the table and tried on the rest. attendant was nowhere to be found when I wanted my other items so my no pile went out with my shopping companion and she brought me the rest of the clothes on the table that I left (always kept 6 in room) . The attendant began to harass my friend (but not help me by getting my clothes) saying “how do I know you’re giving her the clothes” getting upset at her for grabbing the clothes that I told her I’d be trying on after my other bunch of clothes. On my way out I left 3 items in the change room decided to purchases 3 and 4 items were taken out by my friend. The lady then said to me “how many do you have now” in an accusatory manor. And took a bathing suit out of my friends hands while she was browsing. I told her to check my bag if she thinks I’m stealing and that we are still browsing. If she had been so worried about the items I was trying on she should have given me a bit of customer service, and she would’ve known what I was trying on. I’ve worked clothing retail for many years I’ve never been treated like this in a store before. Usually If there is a limit for change rooms I expect some service or some help, not to be accused of anything or made to feel uncomfortable while I’m trying to have a relaxing shopping experience

Ardene is a good clothing brand but it’s reputation is getting down because of the management. Especially the current store manager of Coquitlam location. I would highly recommend to everybody never ever apply to this location if the recent store manager is still an active employee. The manager treats her employees like her slaves. Always interfere in personal lives. Lies and always changes her statements. Never ever trained the employees but always gonna talk non-work issues like for 45-50 minutes straight. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

This location is massive and generally has some pretty solid merchandise. The girls who work the till always come off as a little air headed but that isn't going to stop me from shopping here.

layout is great massive store. very impressed with the way they grown I used to work there when they were jam- packed Dollar Store type establishment. prices are still low lots of deals. It's perfect for girls growing up without a lot of money in their families can still look cute without going broke. Had to get five stars go to and you need a quick change of clothes people are so picky these days. At least better than when I worked there and would sleep on the counter hungover well teenagers fill their pockets with knick knacks.

I tok my daughter and granddaughter here to do a bit of shopping and I really liked it. The staff were helpful and courteous and they were so cool with the girls they made them feel like important customers! Also amazing prices and totally impressed with the size of the store and the amount of different products great place to go with your kids!

This is a horrible place to work at. The manager here doesn’t know what being professional means. All the employees are over worked. They need to change the management in this location

Associate treated me like a thief and asked to leave my backpack with all credit cards and IDs on the floor of open and unsupervised shopping area in exchange to enter fitting room. It is ridiculous. No way I will ever came here again.

Brown haired cashier working today at 2 pm is the nicest person ever, the manager/assistant manager (not sure) was also helpful and I got a bunch of awesome new clothes. THANK YOU!!!

There was a worker, didn’t catch her name but tall white girl with brown hair that was working near the fitting rooms. I asked her if I could go in and she rudely refused to respond to me. She just tilted her head towards another worker on the other side of the change rooms. I understand that she may have not been the one working the fitting rooms but I found it extremely rude that she couldn’t even use her words. After I came out of the fitting room she ignored me again and gave me dirty looks. It’s unacceptable to work in retail and not know basic manners and how to socialize with your customers. Very disappointing. However luckily the woman at the cash was quite nice and made up for the experience a little bit.
