Whisper Valley Campground & RV Park

This is our second year at Whisper Valley. We really enjoy it and plan on spending more summers there.

Great seasonal rates. Such a lovely spot. 40 minutes max to waterton. 8 minutes to waterton res.. also Wally's beach huch is beautiful is about 15 minutes away. So lots to do close by.

Have had a permanent campsite here since 2017. We love how quiet and peaceful it is. Also, a quick 50 minute drive from home (Lethbridge) is convenient. Dave (the owner) is fantastic and has really done a lot of work to make the campground beautiful, with a playground for the kids to enjoy. The locked gate gives peace of mind during the week.

Love this place. It’s a gem with great people and Dave Layton is wonderful to have on-board with ensuring its clean and roads are great for winter camping !! Highly recommend

The perfect escape from the busy trials of life! Lovely owners who actively work to engage the campers with events and activities, and who are constantly doing work to add to the campground amenities.Great access to surrounding area, Belly River is literally right there! Town of Glenwood (and an awesome bakery!) is a stone’s throw away. Waterton is a short drive for day excursions.So much to offer here, truly a gem of a location for seasonal site campers!

Been here since 2014. People are great and Dave keeps the campers busy with lots of great activities throughout the season. Have made some great new friends in the valley.

The inlaws have a year round site here for the 2nd summer in a row. Each time we've visited we are impressed with how cozy and quaint it is. The lots are good sized, gravel covered ground with trees and foliage offering privacy for most lots. No power but there is un pottable water taps to most sites. The best feature is the river access which has several great swimming hole areas. There is an area for guest camping as well. The other campers are warm and friendly, giving the place a genuine feeling of community. Just a quick drive up the hill and you can visit the cute village of Glenwood, where there is a fabulous and affordable ice cream store complete with a cheese museum and a small but awesome free spray park. We would highly recommend a visit to this campground if you are looking for a year round spot.

If you enjoy rustic sites, beautiful mountain backdrops, wild life you've got it! Also, if you enjoy exponentially huge annual rate hikes, you've got that as well. And if you enjoy poor weather in the valley destroying your unit, you've got that also. Over the past two seasons we've endured $1000 increase in rates - where on the planet is that kind of hike normal??? Good luck to new renters, you wont be special either. You have to draw the line somewhere, and this year was it. For that kind of money we are purchasing our own land and will make our own equity. And we wont have to listen to that annoying dog down the way bark the entire weekend and take away what was suppose to be peaceful getaways.
