I call the company’s phone Twice no one answer the call, sent email , they reply told that fully booked .I ask what timeline in the future, they reply again that cannot give a time frame. are currently not taking on residential workYou could explain in the beginning that, don’t want residential work , save both timeI saw this company’s Google review very good, so I thought it’s a good company to work with in the first impression, but a bit disappointing that your staff could say things straight and simplenever mind , it’s not saying that your are at fault, thanks for reply in the email

Highly recommend! Was given a lot of helpful information and advice just over the phone prior to scheduling inspection. Many other places say they can't tell you over the phone and need to come out, so they can charge you. I felt they treated me the complete opposite and wanted to educate me before I made that decision, was not pressured at all. Then when James came by he was very professional, informative and provided awesome advice, without trying to sell extra services unnecessarily. He gave me information so I was educated too. Awesome service and company. Will recommend to others. Thank you!

I researched a number of companies and landed on Castle Pest Control to help me eradicate ants that were coming into our home. It was a stressing situation and Kristi in the office was super responsive. She spent time on the phone helping me to understand my problem while providing any advice possible.The technician Ron was very thorough in inspecting the property and outlining an action plan. He also recommended other things we could do to reduce ant activity around the home. Instructions and reports were clearly communicated.Over a period of several weeks and varying treatments, the problem was resolved. I liked the feeling that Castle was partnering with me to eradicate this problem - it wasn’t just a matter of spraying. It was successively reviewing our progress and making suggestions for what to do next, applying different treatments based on where we were at. I felt I no longer needed to worry about our ant invasion because it was in the hands of experts who knew what to do.Great professional, friendly and thorough service all around.

Awful unprofessional company.Appealing behaviour.We hired these folks for one of our rentals.They sent report amd all our personal information directly to renters after being explicitly directed to communicate only with us the owners.Won’t honour their warranty because we have a deck wrapping a portion of our home.??No wonder they aren’t busy, everyone else needed weeks to show these guy were ready day of.Absolutely would never recommend their service to anyone!

I spoke to a few pest control companies before I decided to use Castle Pest Control. Their customer service was superior and prices seemed most reasonable. I had been quoted by others 200 -400 to have a rodent inspection done at my home before a rodent issue was even determined. Technician Jonathan from Caslte came by, did a thorough inspection complete with a report and photos! I am pleased that it was determined that there was no mouse issues in our home and the cost was only 75.00 + taxes! I will not hesitate to recommend this company to my real estate clients for their honesty, punctuality and professionalism. They got my vote!
