We are so grateful to have worked with Kevin. He did an amazing job at clearly communicating every step of the process and calmly and confidently moving through all the of the process with us. He is knowledgeable and very responsive, and so kind - you never feel silly asking any kind of question. He also has great contacts and connected us with excellent professionals (e.g. mortgage broker, house inspector etc.). He guided us through the negotiation process well, and despite some stressors (totally outside his control) with the process, he was persistent and patient in getting resolution. Kevin is the real deal. Our transaction was more challenging than average with its fair share of drama, but Kevin was so reassuring throughout the whole process.
