30 Speers Road

Terrible property management. They fail to record payments, start eviction days after their mistake, and make it difficult to resolve their mistakes.

This is the back entrance of 30 Speers Road and my parking spot that I pay $50 a month for and apparently they maintain your parking spot for that $50 a month I watched an old man who couldn't even leave the building yesterday because the back step has not been shoveled or salted I left this morning slipped hurt my back supers do nothing except for sit in their apartment and drink all day they say the windows are new but yet you can hold a lighter up to them and the wind will blow it out they say the elevators are new but yet they are out of service every other weekend my neighbor's apartment was robbed during the middle of the day crackhead burnt the interior of the apartment out there was a robbery / shooting in the building none of this stuff was ever caught on security cameras because there is no security cameras except for on the first floor and they don't point at anything except for the doors my car was hit in the back parking lot that wasn't on security camera couldn't do anything about it honestly don't move to this building doesn't matter the location or anything it is the shittiest apartment I've ever lived in cando apartments organisation is disgusting they do not look after this building oh and the spots that say reserved that are plowed are the supers but yet they Park underground all winter

Worst building in Oakville. Property manager only cares about your money, they do not care about your wellbeing or anything.If you are considering it. Do your self a favour and run away . I regret every single day I stayed here.

some of those appartments not safe and were robbed. The owner of building doesn't do anything to make it safe and didn't give me apologise for that situation. No matter how is that apartment inside or how friendly environment and neighbors, if it not safe at all and nobody cares this fact. Worse experience in my life.
