i was volunteering there a while back and on my first day i was called in early because someone who was working couldn’t make it and said they would definitely not be there, so i went and they ended up showing up 5 mins after me, so i ended up standing around doing nothing, in the freezing cold for at least an hour and a half. and i tried to go check to see if all the horses had water, because that’s the responsible thing to do, and i got yelled at. i stopped volunteering there after that because the workers were rude and unreliable.
