Holiday Towers (South)

Don't rent here. I really don't know how to express my experience with the leasing office. They are very rude and never show any respect to the tenants. There is no one in the office to listen to your concerns and act accordingly to fix them. All they know is rip you off, give false promises, lie to get want they want from you and threaten you.After consecutive bad experiences of bad treatment and rudeness I stopped going there asking for help.

The property manager is rude and treats tenants very badly. Until she is removed, don't rent from them. (Addendum: As of 2022, I have learned this property manager was fired, replaced and the location has gotten better since then.)

It's located in a great area with lots to do around within walking distance. Unfortunately there are definitely issues with downtown Winnipeg in terms of crime and homelessness.

Very rude. The front desk people. Kept on doubting how much I made. Looked at me like I was scum. Rolling they're eyes at me. The attitude they had was horrible. I was going to rent here and was looking forward to it. But I will not be renting after this incident. I do not want to deal with this all the time.

I lived here for 3.5 years and the only reason i moved was the relocation to a different province. Great management and the whole staff actually is amazing, from office to maintenance. Lynn, Brenda, Shawn, his brother..always super nice, helpful and efficient. And even after i moved out, they remembered i told them i might be receiving a delayed package and later they actually emailed me that there was indeed one and asked how to proceed. No issues with the deposit either. I cannot recommend them enough! The building itself is updated (the south tower at least, not sure about the north), always sparkling clean, great laundry room. Dont know about the other units but mine was a cute little bachelor. Affordable too especially with everything included. It's pretty quiet and i know it depends on the neighbours (if they are loud the sound carries) but i guess i was lucky cause majority of the time it was like i was the only one living on my floor. Anyhow, loved it there, thanks guys! and ladies!:)

Had no problem @ first. Paid damage and months rent on two br furnished apartment for my holidays. I noticed a blob of something on the living room rug, but thought they knew about it because renters check the apartments before the next renter. After leaving and figured I would get my deposit back, they blamed me for the rug blob and lost my deposit. I suggest that you get leasing office to inspect the apartment with you when you check in.

@ Telugu people - beware of Lalit & Surendra here.We finally got a new manager who is very good and nice. So, increasing the rating.This management is nothing but liers and corrupt. If you go for renting here, they show you only 1 unit saying all are occupied but in realty, they have so many vacancies.Note : they will not return your caution deposit by showing ridiculous reasons.10/02/2019 - i received a bed bug spray notice after notifying them. The technician finished spray and came again 2 times in consecutive weeks without notice. I called management and reported it. Today they are showing me the 2nd & 3rd notices in the file as delivered. They did not deliver them and they said i am lying & they threatened me with eviction. The good thing i did, i kept a cam to monitor my unit entrance When i move here.

I will give 0 star to this apartment and management. No system. No maintenance at the weekends. Paying 1000 dollars is kind of wasting money. Elevators don't work properly.

Love it here. Second time. The maintenance are the best. Love my view.

Great location with access to the skywalk system and indoor and outdoor pool. Good sound isolation, large balconies. Never had any problems with the staff. Maintenance and repairs were done when needed. Only detriment is the parking, but it's downtown after all.
