We recently had Aaron over to do an annual furnace check. During his inspection Aaron discovered that our air intake vent outside was blowing out hot air from the furnace due to an incorrect duct connection.Today Aaron and Fernandez came over and redirected the duct to become an air intake and best of all we are no longer heating the outdoors! He also installed a return air duct in our basement as this was missing.We will be heating our home more quickly and have better air circulation.Great job Aaron and Fernandez!!

We had our thankless water heater service this morning by Calgary Home Comfort, Aaron is very knowledgeable on the product, and performed a top notch job.

Aaron explained how the Rinaii tankless water heater would be serviced and all possible outcomes. The water heater is 15 years old and we anticipate replacing it soon. However Aaron sorted out the problems and bought us time - possibly a year or more while we decide on the type of replacement. Aaron is cheerful and friendly and interested in teaching the home owner about the equipment, the brand and options. Fantastic service. We could not be happier.

I started using Calgary Home Comfort on advice from Noritz as there are not many companies in Calgary who have the training to deal with the complicated nature of the Noritz on demand hot water systems. It was very apparent that Aaron was very knowledgeable and passionate about HVAC and newer and more efficient technologies. Aaron is not the cheapest but he only deals with quality products and he takes his time to complete jobs correctly. He is price conscience and understands the financial realities that people have. He has worked with us over the year to make incremental improvements to our systems and at the same time remain in our budget. I appreciate Aaron's honesty and I feel that he is trustworthy. He is obviously an old fashioned business person looking to have long-term repeat clients rather than making a quick buck and never seeing him again. Aaron was simply amazing! He was on time and even called ahead of time to give us a heads up of when he would be coming to our house. As first home owners, I didn't know a lot of about furnaces, but Aaron was really kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He was really helpful! 10/10 recommend!

We had an issue with our on demand hot water heater that Aaron installed. He offered to come out that very night to fix it. He was quick to take ownership over the issue that was causing the problem and made the repair without question. He even offered to help us with a warranty issue with our thermostat even though he was not the one who installed it. I found my dealing with Calgary Home Comfort to be fast and very friendly. I have been very impressed with their customer service and will continue to use them in the future. Aaron is guy who stands by his word.

Silvia and Aaron came through when we were stuck without hot water. Long story short-ish, our tank-less hot water heater stopped working. We called a few places and Alpha Plumbing were able to come out the next morning. They came over and said it wasn't fixable, and that it needed to be replaced. The brand they install started at around $6500, so we needed to do some research around different brands. We called Calgary Home Comfort (as they were listed as Rannai specialists, the brand we had), and Sylvia rearranged their schedule to help us deal with our outage. Aaron came over the next morning, and after a few ours of triage, we found that the issue was with our water softener. There was a blockage to the unit which prevented it from working properly. We paid him for his time and an o-ring, and we're back up and running. Even though our heater is 17 years old and on it's last legs, they suggested this was a way to kick the can down the road" for a little while. Aaron is a very trustworthy person

Replaced old water heater with Tankless Noritz unit and softener unit. Aaron was highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and informative throughout the whole process. Syliva in the office was awesome with prompt updates and pricing. A wonderful company and wonderful people that care at every step of the process.
