Comfort Inn

Staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful and attentive, making the stay all in all very good at a convenient price. Check in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night sleep.Free breakfast and all day coffee provided was very nice. Breakfast place was small, but had everything expected of a Comfort Inn. You'll feel secure at this hotel. Great hotel! Very good location a few blocks away from highway 410 within walking distance of several places to see and eat and many choices of different food shops.Rooms are good, Breakfast has different options between milk, coffee, yogurt, waffles, etc.Overall a nice hotel at a good price and a very convenient location. Will definitely come again if I'm back in Brampton.

Black mold , not clean , terrible smell , sheets left red bumps on my face and body . Staff toldMe to “cover up” because i was wearing a cropped top in 30 degrees weather . Staff is rude, rooms are terrible and NOT CLEAN. I definitely do not recommend . Absolutely awful.

Housekeeping has to be improved. Shower was not clean. Stayed in a room with 2 queen size beds. Room was small. No elevator. Needs updating. Free breakfast was really good; however, ran out of coffee and machine for juice was turned off after 9:00 am.

Excellent hotel with a good location,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk agent ,she made our trip more interesting by giving us an upgraded room & told us about the shops,restaurants bars within walking distance. The place was sanitized. Would definately recommend this hotel to everybody as the prices were in budget too! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to the staff for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Could be just a bit cleaner. Corners and bathtub wasn't up to par. They had breakfast with a small eating area which was not enough to accommodate everyone but they refused to let us bring food to our rooms. Some people were standing up to eat at the bar on our last morning there.Linen was clean and staff was somewhat friendly. The environment was all around nice though. Would maybe go there again.

Unfortunately bad experience with this branch of comfort Inn!!! I hated my stay here the room was not cleaned properly. The entire first floor smells like cigarette smoke and it's a non-smoking hotel. It was a high voice in the next Room @5:30 morning!!! I give two stars for only the customer service in the reception!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The customer service was amazing and pleasant. The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful in terms of navigating to different restaurants and CN TOWER and much more. The room and bathroom was spacious. The interior Is all renovated however, I definitely had a comfortable sleep. Overall, an amazing experience, I will be returning

I chose this hotel due to its location- very close to all the amenities. I took a single room and was very happy with every part of the stay. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly . They had read my request for a quiet room and provided me exactly that.The room itself was well set out, spotlessly clean and looked like it was renovated recently. There was a small bathroom with shower, plenty of hot water and basic toiletries. The bedroom had a small desk, TV, kettle with tea/coffee,and small cupboard for hanging clothes. The heating works well .I slept very well.I would definitely stay again as I felt that the hotel offered great value for money and the service was excellent.

I didn't actually stay here, Google maps is unable to delete my review and I thought I was reviewing a different hotel. Having said that my parents did stay here and I went to their room for a visit. The room was a bit out dated but was large and had several places to sit, desk, table and kitchenette. The property itself was clean and the snow was cleared so customers could come and go. Its centrally located which is great for travelers not familiar with the area. I grew up in this neighborhood (moved a few years back) so I am willing to make the above statement.

I was going to this hotel for quite some time cause of the convenience of ground floor rooms with patio sliding doors. Staff are friendly (there’s 2 guys who don’t seem to care about anything tho & one house keeper who hates her job and doesn’t do it well). Each time I checked I would change rooms to a better one since they don’t clean that well. I wake up with zits and bumps on my body. I won’t be back I was giving them the benefit of a doubt thinking it could be something else. I checked out yesterday my face and body have irritations all over from their lack of cleaning or the detergent they use. If you’re looking for a quick stay maybe couple hours or a night passing through town maybe try this place but there are others in area.
