I highly recommend Uwell Spa for a relaxing massage! I was very impressed with the level of service on my first visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, the place was clean, prices are affordable, and Coco did a great job for my massage. She was attentive, skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back!

Worst massage place ever. Asked me to pay first. When I asked to focus on a certain area, she got upset and told me the massage price went up a large amount and that she wanted a tip. I asked to finish the massage for the amount listed, and I would give them a tip based on the quality of massage. They refused to complete my massage. They stole my money! DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service! Not sure if it’s a legit massage place. The lady asked me that I have to give her $40 on top of $60, once I was not interested she provided the service. Kept asking if I want additional masseuse, it’s better, just have to add $20, blah blah more ways to charge. At the end? She was negotiating on a Tip, after providing a horrible service!! Ugh! Also I don’t think she knows how to provide a massage, the other lady who came later seemed alright.

Very surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have been going to hand and stone for close to 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming and able to answer any questions. I've also noticed that they are quick to remember small details about clients, which helps build positive welcoming relationships in the spa. They are awesome so I am very confused with all the negative reviews about them!

Horrible. Lady said to pay her tip before massage . And said 60 goes to boss I need something . I Usually tip based off the massage I get but this is the first time I have ever been asked for tip before the massage.
