Terrible terrible terrible!!! Half the functions at this car wash do not work in the hand wash area. I wouldn't attempt to wash a wheel barrow here. If you own a business like this you should be ashamed please do us a favor and sell it so someone can maintain it properly, making sure it's properly functioning. I will discourage all from using it, definitely all who have pride in their vehicles when I'm at car shows!

Paid for the top of the line platinum wash. Came out the other side with dirt still all over my car. Literally came out looking like I hadn't washed my car. Do not waste your money here. The 6 year old kids on my street do a better job. Pathetic car wash

This place is a SCAM!! Do not go to this car wash at all costs!! Paid $15 for the WORST car wash in Kamloops. My receipt did not print after pressing the button for one and I have called twice now to get a refund and given some random lady my information only for her to ask me if I've been on the coquihalla lately.." as the reason my car isn't clean?? UNLESS YOU LOVE THROWING AWAY MONEY AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! P.s. I would give this place no stars but apparently it needs one to post... I GIVE IT NO STARS GOOGLE. NONE."

Terrible car wash:/ went through the platinum wash paid $18 and i honestly think my car came out worse. Ya i know go figure. So i though ok maybe a single issue so I went down a couple days later to the hand wash part. Put $5 in their token machine and after 6 trys got the tokens. Put them in the wash machine and it took another 10-15 trys of incertong money until it worked. Not knowing you only get 5minutes with $5 and now again my car is haled washed. Will not be going back to this place again and I advise you not to either. Save your money go somewhere else were they actually maintain and take car of the facility

TL;DR Avoid the touch less wash here as it's pretty much just a rinse. Use the wand wash for the same results and save your money.I've been here a few times, mostly to use the wand wash. First time using touch less and I'm very disappointed.Paid for a gold wash and the quality of the wash is no different to just rinsing your car for a minute with a wand.Wand wash has very few options that make a difference. It's really just rinse, soap and brush while the other options seem more like a gimmick at this car wash.Uses cold water to clean your car and from my experience. It's the worst to clean dirt or salt off.Its also a very expensive carwash for what you pay for. Pretty much paid 14$ for a rinse in a touch less. Should've just used the and wash and paid 4$ if I wanted the same results.

Great car wash. My car was really clean. Impressive what high pressure water can do. I will be back. I have been using a well to wash my car since 1989vwhwn I bought my truck and this will save hours out of my week. Thank you and great business!

I use this car wash frequently; mostly throughout the winter to rinse off or vacuum. I pay a toonie and it's worked everytime!

Well, I have no idea how you are still operating I guess I should have read the reviews first so that's my fault. Absolutely furious at the fact that this wash place not only left my car filthy but didn't even get all the soap off and also no one on site and when I call the number they don't answer and the mailbox is full. I would imagine it's because they're afraid to hear how horrible the place is and don't want to pay people back. As a business owner in town, I for one will be spreading the word about this scam of a car wash. You better believe I have pictures

Absolutely aweful self wand wash. No soap came out yet the timer kept ticking.
