Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I got a rental at the city buick location 1900 Victoria park. My husband and I were pleasantly pleased by 2 lovely gentlemen, Davaughan and Meran. They provided superb customer service. They gave us the car we wanted and made sure we were taken care of,even called us the next day! I applaud this and feel like they deserve more than a google review for their professionalism and dedication to detail. Thanks guys!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Very good customer service and variety of vehicles. The only issue I had is that nobody mentioned about the procedure of dropping off the car on a day the location is closed. I figured it out eventually. Enterprise Team, please don't assume that everyone is a regular Enterprise Rent-A-Car user knowing your standard procedures.I'll definitely go back to rent with them.

I have rented vehicles from 3 different locations in Scarborough and this location truly went above and beyond for exceptional customer service.Sal and Mohammed were both professional and pleasant to deal with. I had my car being repaired in a nearby shop and Sal had mentioned that if there were any delays or problems with my own car, I could call him and extend the rental with no hassles.You guys rock!

Used to be a great rental location. Now there is a new Branch Manager" with an attitude. The insurance authorized an standard car for me and she gave me a compact one just because. I did not mind and I was on a hurry so I just take it. This was a replacement rental booked by my insurance

What this location lacks in size (it is a small location inside a dealership), it more than makes up with the great customer service. Everyone right from the manager (Sal) to his team are so warm and helpful. Great collection of cars at reasonable prices. Definitely try it before the so called bigger locations, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service!! They offered a premium SUV for the price of a standard SUV for a sweet request that could not have been met. It was a surprise trip for my gf and that new offer made all the difference!! Thanks guys for making it happen. Highly recommend!!
