I've recently attended and helped organize a few local events hosted at the studio and loved the space, met great people and feel thankful that KW now has another additional space that brings more people together. The location is also fantastic- located in downtown and close to the LRT, convenient for anyone to arrive. Highly recommend renting Catana Studios for any occasion!

Catana Studios is a fantastic loft space for events, it's simple, beautiful and very conducive for creativity! I've hosted and attended a few events here now and am incredibly happy with the space. Sefora is knowledgeable about what works in her studio, she is a great help when consulting about event planning.

Basing this review off many fantastic experiences attending or hosting events at this space. Sefora is a super friendly and professional host, easy to work with, honest and straightforward in all interactions regarding planning and executing. Kitchener is lucky to have this space right now. It's about the only accessible event close to downtown, and open to events of all kinds; helping to support the arts community through events big and small. The capacity is about 100 people, but smaller events can still feel cozy with the proper placement of the studio's plethora of picturesque arm chairs and couches. Long live Catana Studios!

This is a much needed space for the community. A space for artists of all types - poets, writers, musicians, etc to showcase their talents. It’s a safe and judgement free space. It’s a space to inspire and get inspired. It has a lot of fun event. Sefora is always bubbly and full of life which is the difference between this space and all others. She comes up with the event. She collaborates with the artists. Have had some very fun nights here - I’m not an artist but have seen some great local talents that I now follow.

I did a shoot at Catana Studios and it was an awesome experience! The lighting in the studio is perfect and the urban vibe was 10/10. It's also conveniently located in the heart of DTK, so it was walking distance to some great outdoor spots as well. Worked out perfectly as half our shoot was indoor and half was outdoor. Highly recommend and can't wait to shoot here again!
