A puppy golden doodle has lived in the window or in a small cage in the back of the store for two months. No walks, no home. This place is a storefront for a puppy mill and should be shut down. Another puppy was in a cage in the back. No floor, a metal cage. There is something badly wrong with a town that permits public puppy mill abuse.

Favourite pet store ever; great staff and always has the cutest puppies and kittens.

If I could give the store a 0 rating I would. Keeping a canine of any sort in small enclosed area that is in direct sunlight in your store front window IS WRONG. I went up to the dog and it was panting and didn't even move to say hello. I approached the store clerk and told her it was way too hot to keep a small dog like that stuck in the sun, whether there is air conditioning or not, the dog was clearly panting and weak. Her reply was immediate and impatient, as she stated the situation is no different than keeping it in an air conditioned house. She seemed jaded by the situation clearly, and has probably had a few too many people come in and tell her the same thing. THIS IS WRONG. PUT UP A POSTER OF YOUR DOG INSTEAD OF MAKING IT ROAST ALIVE IN THE SUN.

I was driving up north after just buying my baby Miniature Morkie and we stopped at this amazing pet shop.The staff were helpful and honest they didn't try to make you overspend instead honestly told us what we needed for our baby puppy.She took her time with us and gave our puppy a look over and gave us incredible advice.I would recommend this store to anyone who loves their pet. True pet lovers.Thank you for making my experience unforgettable! We'll be back!
