I have always received excellent customer service from the MN Enterprise team members. To drill-down even deeper, Jake from the Bloomington MN is the true example of what TOP NOTCH customer service should look like. From when I walk in to pick up my vehicle and upon my return, it is a seamless experience. I rented a car for almost 3 weeks - which can be quite expensive. The manager worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible, I was picked up at home to get my car, and dropped off at home when I returned it. Everyone that I worked with made the process easy.

My husband was referred to this location when we were rear-ended. They quickly got us into a comparable vehicle, and when the insurance company tried to overcharge us for a couple of days, Kell helped make the process of closing out our rental smooth and worry-free. Really appreciate all that he did during our rental. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend renting from this location!

The customer service that I received at the local branch, as far as renting the vehicle was wonderful. Very polite, quick process, they offered an upgrade as the vehicle I ordered was unavailable (for a slight upcharge). The issue I have is with the Security Deposit fund return. My family has rented vehicles from other companies, using the same debit card, and had the deposit fees returned same day. This company is pulling the policies and procedures" excuse as says it will take between 3-5 business days but maybe as many as 10 business days to return my money. Enterprise is basically borrowing my money. They took it immediately and isn't returning it with the same speed.I really do hate to penalize local staff that is performing amazingly

Never thought I'd be dropping off my Subaru Crosstrek at the shop and be driving away in a Camaro! The staff was lovely and very friendly. They coordinated with my repair shop and insurance company so when I dropped off my Subaru they had a gentleman there ready to pick me up and take me to their rental facility. I felt like royalty! They told me I was welcome to the Camaro at the same price as other options for my rental, covered by insurance. Awesome! It was very clean. I didn't have to worry about having a second person in my household to take me from the repair shop to the rental car shop and that took off a lot of hassle!

It was a great experience with Enterprise and a horrible experience with USAA insurance. They only wanted to pay for 3 days on rental after my car was totaled. I went 3 days over the initial 3 days and I was not happy. The enterprise employee waved the additional fees and just charged me my deposit. It made a horrible situation more tolerable. Thank you.

The service was exceptional. They delivered the rental vehicle to me and picked it up when finished. I was suprised at how easy the whole process was.

Would've been cool if I got a truck that wasn't 20 years old and has a bad transmission. Oh and the brakes went almost all the way out for a solid couple minutes so that was cool.... Pedal was completely limp and abs, plus e brake? Was showing on the dash. But whatever I guess
