If you are even remotely thinking about an e-bike, you should visit Cit-E Cycles. I am thrilled with my Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500 Allroad. It has taken me places I would otherwise never get to go. The first day I rode it out of the shop, down to the Blue Bridge, and took the Galloping Goose all the way to Sooke. 55K !!! The next day I rode past the Sooke Potholes, and up to Leechtown. I now have almost 500k on it, and I will never look back !!!

Super rude. We walked in there and were ignored, then asked a simple question about child seat options for ebikes and were met with a short, one-word answer. Ended up going to Oak Bay Bikes instead and spent 4k. Very friendly service at OBB - highly recommend!

Wow! Jamie is great with lots of knowledge. We have visited several shops selling e-bikes and this was the best in terms of background experience and knowledge about e bikes!!!
