I couldn't find a screen protector for my S6 Edge anywhere and was so relieved when these guys told me they could cut theirs custom and to fit. It took two attempts but they didn't let me leave until it was perfect. Now I feel like I have a new phone. It's something small and simple but it's so hard finding good customer service these days so I thought I'd give a quick thank you :)

It was very busy the day we came here to get new phones. So we were shuffled between customers to the best of the staff's abilities. But getting our phones took a very long time. And then the amounts we were told that would be our new monthly contract rate were incorrect. When we received our first phone bills it was $10 more for each phone, and less data than the staff at Best Buy quoted us at. We have been working with" Virgin Mobile ever since (4 months later) to get the correct pricing and data we signed up for. So not sure if it was an issue with Best Buy giving us incorrect information or Virgin not committing to offers provided to Best Buy staff. Either way I would consider our experience with Best Buy Mobile to be ok."

They have this 1 useless staff member that seems to run his mouth and is extremely disrespectful. It is very sad cause this use to be my go to place to go for my cell phone needs but I have found a better place where the staff show respect and in return get respect.

What an epic fail screen protector installation for samsung galaxy s10. British accent guy said he cannot put it because of to many air bubbles he said hes not gonna charge me because it was not been installed. Oh yeah i wont pay you for the failing work performance. Is That best buy? No its a waste of time.

I go to Best Buy Mobile to get my phone screen protection. They offer a great option that I love and has a lifetime guarantee, so if it ever lifts you take it back and get it redone. The staff at this location are real pros and know how to get it done. They also are very knowledgeable of all their products.
