I purchased a customized microscope for time-lapse imaging in an cell incubator. Comparing to other makers, their product offers phase contrast function and good camera resolution with a reasonable price. I like the none black-box style design, which is not only intuitive for teaching students, but also offers possibility for customization.

Great customizable services and outstanding customer service. Throughout the purchasing process, Younes was speedy with responses and very knowledgeable. He made sure to get all the details of what the microscope would be used for to maximize his product to meet our goals. While waiting for completion of the microscope, Younes offered a similar loaner microscope for a good price.

Great service for a reasonable price and quality. Some time ago i was asked what is a perfect sales representative. Now i know, this is Dr. Leysi. Staring with a desire to have a simple microscope in some time (weeks), we purchased a demo version just after the magnificent demo. Thus, (1) call and clarify what you want; (2) schedule a demo visit to see the capabilities and learn about all the features.

I am very happy with the microscopes (2) we purchased. Dr. Leysi was very helpful in configuring the options needed within the required budget. I asked a number of technical questions which were answered quickly, including late evenings/weekend. Both microscopes perform as expected.I would definitely purchase microscopes form BioImager again.
