I brought my wife here for an assessment after being referred by our optometrist. Was extremely impressed with the staff and also the doctors that we saw during our visit. Felt very cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top notch eye care!

The doctor and staff were friendly. I did not wait long for the doctor to see me. Everything was completed in an hour.

I had an appointment at 11:00 today, I arrived early, the woman on front desk take my information and told me to seat.I wait for 20 min, nobody call me, went back to the front desk, an other worker asked me what do I need, I asked her why they were taking too long, she answered: you should wait 1/30 hours at least, I asked why, there is nobody waiting? She became aggressive riser her voice saying: I sent you an email with al the information. (I never received) ask her to reschedule my appointment, she was so rude saying you should wait, I said No, I’ll change my Dr , I don’t want to come back here.

I’m giving this business a two star rating because in all my appointments I’ve had to wait longer than expected. The medical service provided is good, nothing wrong with that. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. However, I had to walk out of my last appointment because I waited for one and half hours to be seen by the doctor. I get that they’re busy with many patients but this was just beyond reasonable. I have also waited for a very long time in previous appointments. So this isn’t based on a one time occurrence.I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

I have a simple question to manager and staff about of Orbet centre behaver. I have had an appointment with Dr Karim Punja, and they confirmed me that's appointment with the same Doctor, but when I came for my appointment in early morning times, I met another doctor who unfortunately didn't no any thing about my case. My question is:For what you confirmed my appointment with dr karim? Just to see another doctor who told me that I should see Dr Karim. Your centre didn't care about time, health of patients. Orbet eye centre aims just to obtain money and money, and ever neve doesn't care about it's

Should be zero rating. Front end were so unfriendly. Aside from waiting more than an hour, Dr. Punja was so arrogant and rude. My daughter was referred by her medical doctor to this clinic. Completely shocked by the exhorbitant prices this office charge when supposedly the surgery should be covered by Alberta Health. This location is here only for the money. We ended up not coming back and not doing the treatment. Would never recommend this location or Dr. Karim Punja.

After a 5 month wait to get into this clinic, I arrived on time, checked in, and then proceeded to wait an entire hour after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, with the appointment lasting less than 10 minutes.The doctor only addressed one of my concerns, and the rest wasn't mentioned..and then the appointment was just over.As it was my first time here I don't know if this is simply the way they alway operate, and patients just know to expect a long wait, or maybe it was an off day, but either way I don't think I will be returning.

My husband was referred to Dr. Punja by his optometrist 5 years ago for cataract & eyelid surgery. He had excellent results in both, so when my optometrist diagnosed my cataracts, I asked if she could refer me to Dr. Punja as well. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I have received from Dr. Punja, Dr. Khan & all the technicians & customer service staff. I recommend Orbit Eye Centre heartily after my amazing experience.

I developed cataracts and was referred to this clinic. I was told I might have a 6 month wait. I was able to get in within a month. Dr. Punja did my surgery - one eye in July and the other in August.. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.... Right from Day 1, every one of the staff members that I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Punja's skill level is exemplary.. His is an amazing surgeon, highly skilled and I am so pleased with the results. The other doctors he has working here are amazing as well. He comes very highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Punja for restoring my vision.. I am very very very happy how this all went down. IMO he is the best surgeon in Calgary. Laura Silvers

Worst experience ever! Was referred here by my optometrist for eye inflammation. Waited months to be seen then after limited tests was told meiobian glands were full and needed extraction at a cost of $180. No dry eye testing done. Next appt they called by first name and turns out they took wrong patient but no one noticed til I said something 30 min later. Next appt waited for an hour and a half after scheduled appt. They dont call back when they say they will and the office manager is useless and full of excuses. Not helpful at all. Waste of time and money going here, and they charge for parking!!!I found myself an amazing new eye dr who actually ran tests for dry eye and you guessed it severe dry eye with mieobian gland dysfunction.Orbit Eye has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a health professional and I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here!!
