I was desperate. My vehicle broke down in Vanderhoof just before the long weekend was starting. I was convinced that there wasn't a chance of getting mechanical help at that point. WesTech, despite being busy, made room for us and let us use a courtesy vehicle so we could photograph the swans on the river. The staff was so awesome whether it was the counter guy, the secretary or the mechanics. The vehicle got fixed at a reasonable rate and we were able to carry on. Thank You and I will be eternally grateful

The company was recommended to us because there was a problem with the wiper system in our motorhome. We were enthusiastic about the friendly service and the super fast and purposeful service. Thank you Weston Albertsons for your work.

Not worth the time. This is a highschool shop with a pretty sign out front. Literally use anyone else. Wes is a good guy who runs a terrible shop.

Westech is always my first choice! The staff is friendly, and the mechanics are always fast and efficient. They go above and beyond. If you are looking for a reliable high quality shop, this is the place to go.

Well, Weston and his crew are just turning one year old as a company. Congrats. I had blown a rad hose half way between Vanderhoof and fort St James, BC on a Sunday night. Called the two other places in town, nobody would help, finally called Weston...... He came out to rescue me personally, brought and all the hose, and all the coolant I needed to get back on the road. Since then I've gone back to him, and he always puts in the extra time to make sure you're back on the road, as do all his guys. I know the owner is a good person, but his staff at the front not so much. Went in to get my block heater cord plug fixed, waited over an hour with no heads up on price. Finally got new plug on, but cost 170 bucks!! Yes I could have did it myself, but it is cold outsude and I can't leave my 3yo in the house alone while I tinker with a plug. A little heads up on price would have been nice, but a whole hour shop rate to change out a plug? Starting to be a trend with their lack of service or even the willingness to help a person out before the really cold weather hits. They also made my mother in law wait 4 hours to change out her middle brake light, with no heads up on why it's taking so long and ended up paying hundreds more than expected. Communication is key.

Top notch care and service. Could not ask for a harder working group of ppl. Best place to get a vehicle worked on hands down!
