Love this location. I always get great service because i go on Mondays or when it is just open before noon. I would not recommend to go in lunch hours. Everyone goes same time.

I have received excellent service at this Branch. I find the staff friendly and courteous. Yes,there are days when you have to wait but I have never had to wait too long. I prefer personal service over automation and I am very happy with the service I get at this Branch.

Not everyone has been bad, but my experience with some of the tellers the last couple times has been pretty disturbing. Lackluster care for there own responsibilities and security of my accounts, I did not raise my voice, or use insults but was treated as if I did, simply for asking deeper questions. Not big on doing negative reviews but this last lady was quite combative and rude about everything. Acted like it was her personal job to shut me down instead of just giving me a number to someone higher up for my concerns if she wasn’t able. Think I will be looking for a better branch or possibly a better bank when I have free moment.

Rudest customer service I have received in a long time wouldn't allow me to speak kept talking over me with information I didn't want. Asked to speak to a manager and then my call was dropped. Stay away from RBC if you can help it.

Staff at RBC Royal Bank Stonebridge are friendly yet ineffective in my experience. The RBC Royal Bank customer service phone line advised me to visit this Branch to complete my request and they didn't even try...When Manager Jamie is asked to step out from behind his desk to assist he offers the most insincere lip service with no real intention of assisting a lifelong RBC Client.They clearly do not value all clients and will smugly smirk and tell you good luck when they are not able to assist.If you're looking for you're first bank I would advise you to chose an RBC competitor. Currently exploring my options as it's never too late to switch.

I know waiting in a line is part of the live banking experience, but when your in a line 10 deep and an employee comes up asking what you need... I felt like saying, I need you to go open up another clerk station and get this line moving.
