I had Magnus spray foam insulate my Quonset style building last summer. From the first conversations with Conrad right threw till a year after the job has been done he has been outstanding. I have never had better customer service in my life. His crew came on a very hot day and worked very hard to complete the job with out dragging it out over two days. They did a perfect job covering the building which has created a perfect seal on the building. There isn’t a single draft or thin spot anywhere. I was very happy over the past winter with how well the building held heat and how good the foam held up. They use top notch foam and I would highly recommend going this route. Lots of companies out there will spray garbage material that won’t hold up over time. The job came in right at quite and I couldn’t be happy with my decision. Give them a call!!!

DIYing some insulation- Made an online order for pickup, was ready super fast and great customer service when I picked it up. The owner came out and met me to see if there were any questions to be answered. Better prices than big box and definitely better service, expertise and open-ended offer for advice. Couldn't be happier.

We live in a 120-year-old home with original insulation that had settled so badly it left some parts of the top floor pretty much uninsulated. Conrad and his team did a fantastic job of tackling the quirks and challenges of our century home to spray foam the entire top floor. The difference is so dramatic that we're ready to consider getting the other floors spray foam insulated now. Conrad is the kind of professional who is willing to give you the straight facts while thinking through a variety of different options, including some outside-the-box thinking when needed. I can't recommend Magnus highly enough and hope to work with them again soon.

I received a top up for my attic insulation. The technician showed us before and after shots. It was done very quickly and efficiently. We noticed the difference immediately. The price was really good! They had to cancel a couple of appointments but their communication was great. I would really recommend Magnus!

I had Conrad and the guys at Magnus construction help me solve a heat lose problem I was having with my attic. The heat lose in my attic was so great that it would frost up on the underside of my roof sheathing and then when the weather got nice all that frost would melt and drip through my pot lights in my ceiling. Unfortunately my attic is a low slope and inaccessible , so I ripped off the shingles and sheathing , cleaned out all the blown in and batt insulation and had Conrad and the guys do an excellent job spray foaming my entire attic from the top down.Working with Magnus was a great experience, I phoned Conrad, we made an appointment, came to my house, he answered all of my question, advised my on the best course of action, the guys showed up right on schedule, and did a great job of air sealing and insulating my problem attic. I have plans to have the guys back next year to do the same thing to my vaulted ceiling roof that has a problem with heat lose and ice damming. I wouldn’t think twice about phoning Conrad and his crew back.

Great company to deal with. They do awesome work with Insulation, Drywall and Paint. I will definitely contact them again on all my next projects.

Contacted them in 2019 about doing attic insulation. Never got around to it. Conrad contacted me in 2021 saying my file is still open and if I wanted to do that job, instead had to get a garage insulated. Here now spring of 2022, garage done! Awesome job not only the workmanship but the sales end of things, Conrad seems to remember not only your name but the job you've inquired about.(even if he brings you're file up he doesn't skip a beat) First thing Conrad asked when I phoned to pay, was if I was satisfied with the results! Thank you, will be returning!

Retrofitting an old building always presents challenges and their skillset and experience gave us a very high level result.
