Staff is always friendly and helpful. They made a mistake with the phone I ordered but was quick to rectify the situation, leaving me a happy customer.

My small business relies greatly on The Source in Invermere for electronics and equipment that is imperative in keeping things running smoothly. The staff are very helpful and I am always greeted with the utmost respect.

I own two businesses and if one of my staff treated a client the way I had been treated on Sunday afternoon I would want to know about it. I was the only customer in the store and there were two girls on. One ignored me and the other one spent the 5 minutes of her time with me telling me that she couldn't help me because I'd not bought my phone there and what else she couldn't help me with. She talked to me with utter contempt. Someone needs to learn customer service. I've been helped in that store before and was very pleased. These two were more interested in talking about what a customer had bought the day before and how much they forked out for it. I did have to purchase other stuff but went somewhere else and was treated with respect and courtesy

Went in for a gaming headset, buddy helped me pick out a turtle beach, was super polite and helpful, didn't have to wait around for any service aswell

Everyone (Shelby, Jessica, and Jordan) were super knowledgeable and friendly. The store was very clean and I was offered great coverage option on my ps5
