Wisdom and his crew moved everything with great care and attention. They showed up on time and these guys worked hard until everything was unpacked at my new house. I would recommend this moving company. I will be using them again in the future.

We had Highland movers for a local move in Calgary.The biggest issue for us was the packing. Wardrobe boxes were used and our belongings were just dumped into these boxes from bottom to top.The basement wasn’t even packed and it cost me overtime for the movers to stop and pack.Once the boxes were in the new house, we discovered that the labelling was really bad and we are still searching for items. I have lamp shades but no bases!Most boxes were put into the basement despite being bound for other rooms.I spoke with the company contact, Arliss, who told me someone would be in contact. That was over 2 weeks ago.For the huge cost of the move, I should have received better service.

Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!

Growing up my Dad owned a moving company, so I have a higher standard of expectation and know how things are supposed to be done. Wisdom and his crew were excellent. Friendly, polite, quick and very careful. Everything arrived safely. I was very impressed and would recommend Highland, specifically Wisdom and his crew to anyone.Sarah M was my in office contact for booking and arranging the move and she was quick with responses, helpful and friendly on the phone.

Update: The car arrived damaged. Also, the car arrived in another city 30 miles away on the last day of the delivery timeframe, so it is not called delivery on the due date. It came to our door a day late, and damaged. Now I have to go and fix it and take a day off to get two quotes for bodyshops, and get a rental car. Not exactly things you look for when you move. On both delivery of our furniture and our car it was us that had to ask and ask for a more accurate day of delivery. The comment back from the vendor is just another deflection of criticism. You guys messed up on this one, and you gotta own it!!!We came back to Highland after many years because last time they were amazing. This time, however, our experience was different. It has been 23 days up until now since my car has been picked up but has not been delivered. Their predicted timeframe for delivery has passed, but I guess since I have already paid for it, none cares about the fact that I am left alone in a new city without a car. I am trying to reach out and I get no answer. This is very disappointing.

We had exceptional service throughout our entire moving process with Highland! We were hesitant to go with a big moving company after hearing horror stories and considered using a storage box move. After the consultation with Jay, he was so thorough and answered all of our questions we decided to go with Highland. We were so glad we did! Jay and LeAnne at the office were so helpful with questions and checked in regularly. Our driver Kevin was exceptionally prepared, honest, hard working and went above and beyond to make things smooth for us. He put us at ease both moving out and moving in and was an excellent leader for both crews. He also made sure to communicate throughout the process. Another huge relief was that Highland provided exceptional service for even a bit less money than the original estimate; their price was very reasonable and worth it. There were no hidden costs and they were transparent with every cost. Rob and his crew were just fantastic! We moved within Calgary last Thursday, and they showed up on time, packed everything with the utmost care, and were super efficient! On top of that, Arliss (who helped me with the booking) is so nice. I had called 3 moving companies until I called Highland, and it was Arliss professional yet friendly attitude and their fair pricing what just sealed the deal.Thank you all for such a great service from beginning to end.

Wisdom, Eugene and Ali came and moved us today. Very impressed with the job they did!! Antique dining room set was well taken care of as well!! Very friendly, made sure we were happy with where everything went and very careful not to damage anything!! Very impressed.. would highly recommend Wisdom and his crew!! Thanks for a job well done!!

We had a small local move withing Calgary. A delay in our possession date was easily accommodated by Arliss. The team led by Wisdom did a great, trouble free move for us. They were tidy and efficient, and helpful getting our larger furniture disassembled, packed, unpacked and reassembled!
