Overall great experience from this team of professionals. My salesperson, Jackie Chen listened to me and kept the interaction light and fun. Very polite and no pressure. Not professional at all, spent 50k on a car and we go to get in the car and no gas. Gave a deposit a day in advance, think they would fill the car up and have it all ready to go when it was “cleaned”. Still dirty, spots in the interior, rear view mirror not cleaned, centre console still had dirt inside, Went to the dealership at 10:30 in morning didn’t get the car till 5:30. All throughout the day could have filled the car up and cleaned it better. Ridiculous. Again don’t buy from Acura.

Got a preowned MDX since Aug 2021 with a cracked windshield. Been told to have it replaced. Emailed them to remind on November. Didn't receive response till Dec. Not a good customer relationship.
