Mayfair location. The two staff members were both kind and helpful even though they were busy serving multiple customers each. I didn’t find what I was looking for but I will return due to the excellent service.

There's always lots to look at in the discount racks in the back, including shoes for larger women's sizes. Best selection of shoes in 11 (42) I've come across.

We stopped in this lovely shoe store. They have many nicer brands of women's shoes well displayed and very helpful staff. Sandles to light hiking boots, if you need shoes you need to stop and look here!

Something happened this morning that I was not expecting. I bought a pair of Redback boots a couple of months ago. I developed a sore on the top of the foot from wearing the boots. We took the boots in to show the staff where the boots were rubbing. The staff was very sincere when looking at the boot and decided the best thing was to take them back and offer me a slightly different model. I gratefully accepted. I was astonished that this kind of customer care still existed. This is the reason we try to buy local when possible.Thank you.

I want to preface that the workers at this store are not at fault for such poor business policies. They are just doing their job and have always been lovely for help.Buyer beware though, no returns or even exchanges for store credit past 7 days, even if the product is faulty and falling apart within a month. I’m beyond disappointed, out a good chunk of change and now have to scramble for new work shoes.

Hats off to Chris and his staff. I had purchased 3 pares of great quality shoes on March 7th but decided I would like to exchange 1 pair for something I would get more use out of. As I have been working and I don't live in Sidney, I hadn't managed to call or get back to the store until today. After talking to Chris this morning, he was happy to let me exchange (even though their policy states 7 days on returns/refunds/exchanges). Thank you so much for your great service and for bending the rules to accommodate me. Great customer service!
