I cannot say thanks enough for their awesome customer friendly behavior and fast work. Any trouble you have with car just visit there before going to any big fancy body shops. Trust me you won't be disappointed. The staffs are polite and really friendly and helpful in every true sense. Their work is fast too. My car was fixed with a few hours. And they offered me ride ti and for my office too. The price was reasonable also.Specialty: paint free dent repair

Good service up front, found issues later and was disappointed with the response. Issues were not resolved from their end. I would not recommend. I would believe decision was a management call.

My daughter had a little fender bender that was not her fault, however her bumper was out of place. We tried to push it in ourselves, but it just wasn't working. I called Unique and told them my situation and Nicole said just drop by and we will have a look. I drove down with my daughter and Justin looked at the Bumper. He also tried to push it back in, but it would go. Justin popped into the shop and came out with a few tools and in less than 10 seconds had the bumper popped back into place by using the tools. Thanks Nicole and Justin for the quick Fix.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!Got a chip on the windshield of my car yesterday driving home from work. I called this morning as I wanted to get the vehicle fixed before the cold snap this weekend, but because I was working I couldn't drop the vehicle off.Carstar Unique picked up my vehicle from work, fixed the chip and dropped it back off all within 5 hours. This kind of service is not something I expected from an autobody shop and I know where I will be returning for any other windshield/auto body repairs.Furthermore, they offer a great discount for military members!

Brought my car here after someone hit my car in a parking lot. They were sooo welcoming and friendly, it honestly felt like I was family. They made the whole incident actually an enjoyable experience. I’ve never had to fix a car where it didn't feel like an inconvenience, but these guys made it too easy.They also gave me back my car cleaner than it had been. It actually made me excited to drive my car again.Thanks for the great service guys! 10/10 recommended!
