Terrible customer service. Would not recommend their insurance""

I didn't catch the girls name today at the Geek Squad in Duncan but she seriously helped me out! I recently got a very new phone and the bezels are extremely thin so I wasn't sure if i'd be able to put a clearplex screen protector on but she was willing to give it a try and she did an amazing job! I can barely tell that there is a screen protector on the phone. Well done!

All I will say is DO NOT GET THE GEEK SQUAD PHONE INSURANCE END OF

Recently we upgraded to a home theater system and had GeeK Squad deliver, set up, and calibrate it for us. I am a reasonably capable individual, but it was nice to have the skill and expertise that not only completed the task quickly, but was aware of methods to extract the most out of our system based on our personal viewing preferences and the viewing environment. The two techs who did the delivery and oringinal set up, and the one tech who returned to do the final calibration were respectful and polite, yet both of them are very skilled at feeling out the client and before long we were sharing stories and jokes as the work progressed. I was chock full of questions about my current system and advice on future improvements, and I was satisfied by the responses. My knowledge level was respected, and information was given to that level with out any condescension. Geek Squad is welcome in my house any time.

Absolute nightmare... do NOT buy from BEST BUY or use Geek Squad.. terrible service.

Problem solved with my iPad not booting up

They didn't come to appointment, didn't call,text or email. What more can I say, they are nearly impossible to get an answer from.

Always promise to call me back and they never did
