TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The people that work there alright , half the time there is more people working then waiting in line and you still have to wait 10 min. There is also a goof parking ticket collector that nails you of you park out front and run in for 3 seconds , stating you have to pay for parking out front totally not worth going to that bank , might as well pay a non atm fee at another bank same price as parking . I think the 20 bucks a month td takes from me should have parking included .!

I just went to the bank to get cash out and because I had lost my bank card I had told her I just wanna grab cash she starts getting me a new bank card and I said what are you doing ,I never asked you for that Heidi goes oh sorry and I can’t fix it so I find it that’s a problem especially if I’m a single mom and I deal with mental illness that I can’t just easily change all my banking information to all the things so they pretty much said screw you Heidi Collier Street downtown Barrie and her manager don’t care and because they work downtown you should defiantly educate yourself on mental illness and the damage you cause when you don’t listen. Thanks and I’m done with this bank.

Had an appointment to deal with my father's estate. I brought in a signed Affidavit of Status commissioned by a lawyer. Was informed that this was inadequate and they need signed original POA as well. There is no legal basis for this, the affidavit of status clearly states I am his POA, this is a just a silly TD policy requirement.The teller was only able to read her policy back to me, not understanding that the AOS is sufficient along with copy of POA. It was extremely frustrating to deal with someone without any legal background regurgitating from a screen.At the end of the day, if you have legal paperwork, make sure it's written in crayon so they can understand it.Edit: I spoke with someone at bank later that day who called and provided me the information I required, which was appreciated.

Great staff and excellent service.

I love this branch... It's convenience with on street as well as covered parking make it easy to access when many of downtown parking can be hard to find. Staff have always been able to help with everything I needed help with.

I've been with this bank for 22yrs but, their telebanking sucks it took my spouse two hours to get through them on the phone telebanking needs improve .

My 1 star review isn't directed at this branch but to the TD bank's WebBroker service. After being given incorrect information about the procedure for picking up a cheque at my local branch I was asked to call WebBroker again and give them proper instructions in order to receive a cheque at my branch. After being dropped from being on hold for over an hour, I called back. This time it was over 2 hours and spoke with one person who asked me to hold for a brief moment, then a recording came on saying we are experiencing technical difficulties

Horrible business practice. The only TD bank in the Center of the city and its ALWAYS CLOSED, literally never open on a weekend.Meaning you have to drive 20+ minutes to actually get to a TD branch. If your lucky enough to be able to drive.For those that walk or bike TD says SCREW YOU, WE DONT WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.I've about had enough, I'm considering leaving TD after being a customer for 20 years.

It is nearly impossible to open a business account with the account manager of small businesses. This is my third business, third account as an incorporation and they asked for information I had never been asked for before. All by email cause it seems like appointments are not given to just any potential new client and probably, one of the most unprofessional emails I have ever received from a bank manager. Wouldn't recommend even trying here. This is what happens when you want to try a new bank. I'll stick to BMO forever now.
