Dirty dirty place, buddy proceeded to make my garlic bread after touching computer and ATM terminal, he touched the garlic bread from the cooler with his hands Forsure then added cheese with the same hands, and when I asked buddy if he washed his hands he asked me if I wanted him to wash his hands? Why would he ask me if I wanted him to wash his hands? Isn't that obvious? Obviously I asked buddy for my money back that's disgusting honestly

Pizza arrived cold, undersauced and doughy. Cinnaparts container had no lid, so too was cold, and the icing had hardened. I tried calling twice but they didn't answer the phone, even though it was during business hours. Will never order again. Should've stuck with Domino's. It's better, and if you're not happy, they will make it right.

This place needs help. I often order ahead of time, and prepay. And yet, when I go to pick up, it takes 5-10 minutes for anyone to even greet me at the front counter. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or if they are disorganized. But it makes no sense. It shouldn't take 5-10 minutes to be greeted at the counter when you are picking up a prepaid pizza. I will gladly change my rating when they improve.

this is how you get your thin crust pizza and left on floor bec it was paid online despite of driver was gonna tipped cash .. these guys really doesnt know how to make them crust was soft and wet while top was over cooked .

To be honest, this was probably the worst delivery experience in my entire life, because I never even got my order.I guess the delivery tracker on their site is bugged the hell out too because the car on the tracker has been stuck right in front of my building for over four hours, but there's nothing when I head outside?? lmfaoo

I usually order the pan pizza from Domino's and thought I'd give Pizza Hut a try again. When I picked up I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there. All this while my order was ready under the counter.The pizza was super oily and they were skimpy with the toppings and cheese.Will not be ordering from here again. Domino's has really done well with their pan pizza. Much better quality and taste.

My order was the most basic order you could possibly order. It was the daily special Hawaiian pizza. Very basic all you need to do is put on cheese pineapple and Ham. Somehow they managed to miss the ham and all I got was cheese and pineapple. Not to mention that pizza is raw. Worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had the other location on Danforth is better than this location. I wish I checked the reviews here before I ordered. All they need is a few more bad reviews to make it into the 2s. Lol omg I feel like they just give you whatever is close to what your ordered and just use whatever they have in stock. I'm scared to eat another slice. Better eat it while sitting on the toilet. Something tells me that's where my pizza was made. Something tells me they don't have pizza in India. Looking at this places reviews the only people that rate it 4 stars or higher are from India. Must be employees or family of this location

Used to be my favourite dinner options, but this place has gone to the dogs in the last few months. Terrible pizza slicing, bland breadsticks - bad slicing here too, and just overall horrible presentation, taste and flavours. I thought I’ll try this again for old time’s sake today after more than a month and I know I never want to go back to this place ever again. Should have taken a picture of the pizza too before I started eating!

Good its not bad like all the other reviews, its not the best you can get but its still pretty good the cheese is good and crust is also decent.
